Sweepstakes Name: Absolut® Vodka Coachella Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Sweepstakes Dates: Registration begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 2/1/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 4/5/2026 (the “Registration Period”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the (50) United States and D.C., and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

Eligibility – Who May Enter: Each individual entering the Sweepstakes (each, an “Entrant”), at the time of entry: (a) must be a legal resident of the (50) United States or D.C.; (b) must be 21 years or older; (c) must have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification; (d) must have access to the internet in order to enter; (e) may not be, or at any time since December 1, 2025, have been, an employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of Million Dollar Media (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), Pernod Ricard USA, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Goldenvoice, LLC, AEG Presents LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., or any of their respective franchisees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, or any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes; or an employee, officer, director, member, shareholder, or agent of any licensed alcohol wholesaler, manufacturer, distributor or retailer of alcohol-beverage products (collectively, “Released Parties”); (f) may not be an immediate family member or household member of any individual identified in item (e) above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), step-parents, grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), half-siblings, children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses and/or domestic partners, regardless of where they reside. “Household members” means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months per year.

How to Enter – Online Registration: To enter, scan the QR code on applicable point-of-sale materials using your mobile device’s camera, or directly visit www.Absolut.com/en-us/campaigns/Coachella during the “Registration Period”, and follow the online entry instructions to participate in the instant win game and be entered for the grand prize drawing. Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), state of residence, zip code and date of birth. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules and agreeing to receive offers and updates via email from Sponsor, click the submit button to submit your online entry. All online entries must be fully complete for all required information, and must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on 5/1/2026 to be eligible.

Limit of one registration per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period, but once registered eligible entrants may participate in the instant win game up to one time per day between the Registration dates (see below). Your registered email address may be used to login for each return visit to participate in the instant win game.

Any incomplete or ineligible entries, or any entry submitted with an invalid or false email address, phone number or other incorrect information will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Entrants may opt out of Email notifications at any time, without affecting their entry, by following provided opt-out instructions. By participating and submitting an entry, contestant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or coupons. Contestants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name, or providing any false email addresses or information, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different emails, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration or submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register, and associated with the entry will be deemed to be the registrant and s/he must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.

By registering to enter Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes.

How to Play – Instant Win Game: After completing the online registration page (first time visitors) or logging in with your registered email address (for return visitors), entrants may participate in the instant win game for the random chance to win an available instant win prize award (see below). The instant win game play page will display a virtual image of an Absolut Vodka bottle and cocktail. To determine if you are an instant prize winner, up to one time each day during the Sweepstakes period, visit the game play page and participate in the instant win game by virtually scratching the image to reveal the results message below. After virtually scratching the image, entrants will immediately be notified if they are an instant prize winner for that game play attempt.

After virtually scratching the image on the game play screen, the website will determine if the participant is a potential instant prize winner for that game play attempt, and the participant shall receive an online message verifying if they are a potential winner. If they are NOT determined as an instant win prize winner, they will receive a non-winning message. If the participant is determined as a potential instant win prize winner, the participant will receive an instant winner confirmation message, associated instant win prize description AND an associated unique prize claim code on their results page. If the participant does not receive the winner confirmation message and a valid unique prize claim code for any reason, or receives the non-winning results message, then that participant will not be a prize winner for that game play attempt.

Eligible participants may return to the Sweepstakes website to play the online instant win game up to one time per day, each day during the Sweepstakes period. Each ‘day’ shall be defined as occurring between 12:00:00am ET to 11:59:59pm ET, and the Sweepstakes Administrator’s time clock shall be the sole determinant of the eligible time period.

Instant win prize winners will be randomly determined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum total of ten (10) instant prize winners will be randomly determined during the entire Sweepstakes period, based upon randomly selected and predetermined winning dates and times. The first eligible participant who participates at or following a scheduled winning date and time, shall receive an instant win prize message and unique prize claim code, and shall be eligible to claim the instant win prize award (see below).

NOTE: Maximum of one instant win prize award per person, email address or household during the entire Sweepstakes period. After receiving a winning prize message or being determined as an eligible instant win prize winner, contestants may not be re-awarded another instant win prize during the entire Sweepstakes period to the same individual, email or any member of the same household.

· If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of available instant win prize awards available, then associated prize award shall not be awarded.

Claiming a prize award: Eligible contestants receiving an online winner confirmation message, must print or record their unique prize claim code, and must follow the online instructions provided. Eligible prize winners will receive a prize claim form via email within approximately 2-weeks from their online notification of a winning attempt or determination of being a potential prize winner.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any or all merchandise item(s) in the instant win prize award, with alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability. (Note: any instant win prize winner who is a resident of VA shall receive a non-branded merchandise item, or alternate merchandise item of approximate equal value, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.) Total ARV of all available instant win prize awards: $7,500.

Instant Win Prize Awards: The maximum number of instant win prize awards available during the entire Sweepstakes Period are as listed above. No more than the advertised number of instant win prizes will be awarded for any reason. In the event any scheduled instant win prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

IMPORTANT: In the event of any technical, human or programming errors, tampering, or any error or malfunction of any kind that results in more than the scheduled number of participants being notified they are an instant win prize winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing for that associated prize level, and the actual scheduled number of instant win prize winners as listed above will be randomly selected from all participants receiving an instant win prize notification or submitting an instant win prize claim for that associated prize. The maximum number of instant win prize awards for each associated prize level are as listed above, regardless of the number of participants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an instant win prize notification.

Each potential instant win prize winner will receive official notification and prize claim documents via email delivery, which must be completed and returned by the stated deadline (see below). Allow 1 – 2 weeks for email delivery. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified. Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the determination of the winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential instant win prize winner via email for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided by entrant, junk/spam folder delivery, blocked delivery or failure by any potential winner to check their email) and/or speak directly with a potential instant win prize winner within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to email address or phone number associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified. Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

All of the following will apply to each potential instant win prize winner: 1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within 3-days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (publicity release where permitted); 2) Winner may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license showing current residential address as a condition of participating or receiving any prize; and 3) each winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.

All merchandise items are awarded ‘as is’ without warranty, express or implied. Prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Prize shall be shipped only to the designated winner residential address as submitted during initial online registration and/or as provided during winner notification, via the carrier as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Allow 8 – 12 weeks for prize delivery.

Once shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

Grand Prize Winner Selection and Notification: on or about 4/6/2026, a random drawing will be held to select a total of four (4) potential grand prize winners (see grand prize descriptions below). Potential grand prize winners shall be selected as follows:

· Prize Pool #1 (National winner): three (3) grand prize winners shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. Note: there shall be a maximum of one (1) grand prize winner selected from among residents of any eligible state.

· Prize Pool #2 (CA regional winner): one (1) grand prize winner shall be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received from among residents of CA.

Each potential winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email beginning on or about 4/6/2026. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential grand prize winner by phone within 24-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number or email address associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

During winner notification, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to travel during the designated travel dates and accept the prize. The potential winner will then receive official notification via email delivery. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to travel during the designated travel dates, accept the prize or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of the winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

All of the following will apply to each grand prize winner: 1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within 1-day of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release signed by both the winner and their travel guest, age 21 or older (publicity release where permitted) and a W-9 form; 2) Winner may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license as a condition of participating or receiving any prize; and 3) Winner will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the grand prize award and is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, finalist will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

Grand Prize Awards (Maximum 4 total winners – 3 national winners and 1 CA regional winner):

Grand Prize #1 – Prize Pool #1 (3 National winners): The grand prize winner from Prize Pool #1 shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to the 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA during the Sponsor designated travel dates (scheduled for weekend #2: Friday, 4/17/2026 – Monday, 4/20/2026 as otherwise designated by Sponsor), based upon availability and subject to change. The grand prize for prize pool #1 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $4,950, and includes:

· Two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA for weekend #2 (Friday, April 17 – Sunday, April 19, 2026);

· Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Los Angeles, CA metro area (LAX, ONT, or PSP). Actual departure date, times, airline and airports based upon availability and shall be solely determined by Sponsor (scheduled for Friday, 4/17/2026 – Monday, 4/20/2026).

o NOTE: If winner resides within 250-miles of Indio, CA, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500.00 travel stipend in lieu of air transportation.

· Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Indio, CA area (based upon availability); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for Friday, 4/17/2026 – Monday, 4/20/2026 (3-nights);

· One (1) $500 gift card towards travel expenses, awarded from the gift card provider as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider.

Grand Prize #2 – Prize Pool #2 (1 CA regional winner): The grand prize winner from Prize Pool #2 shall receive a VIP Experience for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA (scheduled for weekend #2: Friday, 4/17/2026 – Sunday, 4/19/2026 as otherwise designated by Sponsor), based upon availability and subject to change. The grand prize for prize pool #2 has a maximum retail value not to exceed $3,950, and includes:

· Two (2) VIP 3-day tickets to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA for weekend #2 (Friday, April 17 – Sunday, April 19, 2026);

· One (1) $1,000 gift card towards travel expenses, awarded from the gift card provider as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card policy from the issuing provider.

No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Grand prize winner and guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 21) and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. All ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. It is recommended that each winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”). Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to winner and travel companion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight delays or cancellations or travel difficulty related to prize award, redemption or use. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip or prize award, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. The winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense. Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination and any airfare fluctuations. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV of the prize award when it is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner. The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing.

Winner and guest shall be subject to any qualifying conditions prior to and during travel and for festival attendance, including any local, state or federal government regulations in the departure or destination location, airline and/or hotel requirements, or festival requirements including any regulation or policy related to COVID-19 testing requirements or vaccination status. Winner and guest must abide by all festival and venue rules and regulations, including the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival ticket terms, available at https://www.aegpresents.com/festival-ticket-terms/. Any testing requirements, vaccination and/or any related quarantine requirements and expenses are the sole responsibility of, and at the sole expense of winner and guest. Winner and guest are subject to vaccination requirement and policy, and if unable or unwilling to comply with requirements, then all related prize award elements for which they fail to meet shall be forfeit.

Sponsor will not be responsible for any travel or event delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation for any reason including but not limited to weather, pandemic, an Act of God, Force Majeure, government regulation or

restriction, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage, or any other reason. No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor in the event of any travel or event delay, rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation for any reason, and winner shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the airline ticket, hotel, and festival ticket policy and shall solely look to the airline, hotel provider and/or festival organizer as applicable.

Winners and guest agree to comply with all applicable airline, hotel provider and festival attendance rules, requirements and regulations in connection with the prize award, redemption and use. Sponsor, travel providers or festival reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who do not comply with any rule, requirement, instruction, policy, or who engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Winner and guests shall be solely responsible for their behavior while traveling and in attendance at any festival event, must follow the instructions and direction from any travel provider or associated staff or security. If winner or any guest violates the standards of the travel provider or festival, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to be intoxicated, have violated any rule, regulation or policy of the travel provider, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected or denied entry, and shall immediately forfeit the remaining prize award.

General Prize Conditions: No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner. All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, participant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, pandemics, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling, fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.

Odds: Odds of being selected as an instant win prize winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received, and the number of game play attempts. Odds of being selected as a grand prize winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received for each prize pool as outlined above.
