OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer NOT valid for residents of AL, AR, HI, IN, LA, MO, NC, TX, UT, or WV. You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident of a state not listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer. Eligible receipts must be dated between 1/1/26 – 3/31/26, and submitted by 4/3/26. To receive an available rebate amount through this offer, you must purchase in a single transaction on the same receipt all required items per the offer terms outlined below. To receive up to $5 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of one (1) 12-pack of 12oz. cans (equivalent or larger) of any Founders Brewing beer from an off-premise retailer (i.e. grocery or liquor store) in a single transaction on the same receipt. To receive up to $2 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of two (2) 19.2oz. cans of any Founders Brewing beer from an off-premise retailer (i.e. grocery or liquor store) in a single transaction on the same receipt. Offer available while supplies last. Any receipt that does not show an eligible Founders Brewing itemized purchase or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer.  Offer not redeemable in store.  To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit the redemption site at www.FoundersBrewing.com/promotions. Follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification and approval.  Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized Founders Brewing item, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.  Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax.  CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the retail purchase price of the beer item(s) (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum of $5. MD, NH and VA residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the normal retail purchase price of the beer (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $5. NOTE:  Maximum three (3) rebate offer redemptions per person, email address, or household. Maximum of one (1) redemption per valid receipt during entire offer period. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or household in one submission will not be honored or processed. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another individual.
