Charm through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of either: ten (10) 187ml,
200ml, or 6.5oz. BuzzBallz ‘Ritas;
or, two (2) 1.5L or 1.75L BuzzBallz Biggies
‘Ritas from an off-premise retailer (i.e.
grocery, convenience, or liquor store) during the offer
period. BuzzBallz ‘Rita flavors include: Chili
Mango, Lime, Pineapple Jalapeno, and Strawberry. Offer available while supplies last, and open
only to the first 2,000 eligible purchase receipts received. Any
receipt that does not show eligible BuzzBallz ‘Ritas products as an itemized purchase or purchases made
outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer. Offer not
redeemable in store. To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of
sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit www.BuzzBallzCharm.com. Standard
carrier’s messaging and data rates apply. Follow the online
instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit all other required
information. Each entrant must complete and submit all required information
including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject
to verification and approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts,
or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized BuzzBallz ‘Ritas product
purchase, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible,
honored, recognized, responded to or processed. Sponsor is not
responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission
of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any
receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in
compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not
be combined with any other offer and excludes tax. NOTE:
Maximum of one (1) unique redemption per person, email address, household,
or receipt during the entire offer period. Falsely fabricated receipts,
or duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or
household in one submission will not be honored or processed. You may not
submit a receipt on behalf of another individual. Allow
approximately 8 – 12 weeks for processing and delivery. Merchandise item
shall be shipped only to the address as provided at time of registration. Once shipped, merchandise item shall be
considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for
actual receipt of delivery by winner.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered,
misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address or
information provided by entrant during registration. In the event of any delivery issues,
including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall
have no responsibility to replace the merchandise item, and item shall not be
substituted by Sponsor with any alternate merchandise item or
compensation. Entrant shall look solely
to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered
packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues. Void wherever prohibited or
