OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Rebate offer NOT valid for residents of HI, IN, LA, MO, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TX, and UT. You must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in this offer. Amount of rebate may vary in some states due to legal constraints.  Valid receipts must be dated between 9/1/2025 – 2/28/2026, and submitted by 3/3/2026. To receive up to $4 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of four (4) 187mL BuzzBallz, four (4) 200mL BuzzBallz, or one (1) 1.75L BuzzBallz Biggie AND one (1) non-alcoholic snack item (i.e. Chips, Chocolate, Pretzels, Nuts, etc.) from a participating off-premise retailer (i.e. Convenience, Grocery or Liquor Store). Purchase of eligible item(s) must be made in a single transaction on the same receipt, unless you reside in a state where spirits are sold separately from food items, in which case, you must submit both receipts together in a single photo upload with all required information, and both transactions must be made on the same date from the same retailer. NOTE:  you may NOT combine or submit multiple receipts for a higher rebate amount. Purchases made in multiple transactions, outside of valid receipt dates or that do not itemize and display required product purchase are not eligible for this offer (except as noted above).  Offer not redeemable in store.  To redeem, scan the QR Code or directly visit www.BuzzBallzTailgateOffer.com, and follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required information.  Each entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt.  Each receipt is subject to verification and approval.  Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (date of purchase, eligible and required purchase items, etc.), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.  Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax.  Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for participation in this offer.  Rebate amount may not exceed purchase price, and amount of rebate shall be prorated to each eligible bottle purchase. CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the retail purchase price of the eligible product, up to a maximum rebate of $4, as outlined above (excl. sales tax). MD, NH and VA residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase price (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $4, as outlined above. OH and OR residents are eligible for a rebate on the purchase price of the BuzzBallz product only (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $4, as outlined above, and no snack purchase is required.
