Who May Enter: Community Coffee VIP Championship Experience Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or U.S. government issued identification (“Entrant”), excluding the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:

a. Employees, officers, and directors of Community Coffee Company, L.L.C., (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (“Administrator”), and each of their respective affiliated companies and subsidiaries, all of the foregoing, including Sponsor and Administrator being collectively “Released Parties”, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses.

b. Individuals who do not have current access to the internet or a valid email address to complete an eligible on-line registration to participate.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Promotion consists of a sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an instant win game (the “Instant Win Game”). The Promotion begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 10/16/2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 12/8/2023 (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

Online Entry:

To enter visit www.communitycoffeecollegechampionship.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period and follow the on-line instructions provided to fully complete and submit the registration form for first time visitors. Each Entrant must fully complete the registration page with all required information, including first and last name, complete address (no P.O Boxes), valid email address, birth date, and phone number (including area code).

After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the ‘Enter’ button to submit your on-line registration. Each eligible Entrant who successfully completed and submitted their registration will then be able to visit the ‘Instant Win’ game play page to participate. Entrants may return to participate and play once per calendar day by logging in on the log-in screen with their email address that was used to register and entering a new unique Code. A “Calendar Day” is defined as commencing at Midnight ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET each day during the Promotion Period.

All registration information must be fully completed for all required registration fields. Any registration submitted with an invalid email address will be disqualified. Maximum of one registration per person and per valid email address during the entire Promotion Period. Registering more than one time during the entire Promotion Period (by using the same or alternate names or email addresses) will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter or participate in the Promotion, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning.

By participating and submitting an entry, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact Entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or for any entry not submitted or received or lost due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each Entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

How to Play – Instant Win Game: After completing the registration page (for first time visitors) or logging in (for return visitors), click the ‘Enter’ button on the Website. The game play page will display goal posts. Entrants will have the opportunity to ‘kick a field goal’ up to one time per Calendar Day during the Promotion Period. To determine if you are an instant prize winner, simply click the football on the Instant Win Game play page.

After clicking the football, Entrants will receive an on-line message verifying if they are an instant prize winner, or if their attempt produced a non-winning result (“Game Play”). Upon completion of a Game Play during the Promotion Period, the Entrant will automatically be entered for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Entrant per Calendar Day during the Promotion Period.

Instant winners will be randomly determined throughout the Promotion Period, based upon the first Entrant who clicks a displayed image either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Administrator or, if no Instant Win Game Play has occurred at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, then it must be the Game Play that occurred at the closest time immediately following the randomly predetermined winning time. Each instant winner will receive an instant win prize notification screen confirming they are an instant winner, the prize they have won (see below), along with a prize claim code and instructions on their prize delivery. Entrants must print or record their corresponding prize claim code for their records.

Limit of one (1) instant win prize (“Instant Win Prize”) and one (1) Sweepstakes prize (“Sweepstakes Grand Prize”) per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. After being confirmed as an Instant Win Prize winner, an Entrant may not be awarded another Instant Win Prize during the entire Promotion Period. Entrants who are Instant Win Prize winners may return to the site once per Calendar Day to register for an additional Sweepstakes Entry during the Sweepstakes Entry Period by logging in on the log-in screen with their email address that was used to register, but shall not be eligible for additional Instant Win Prizes. The exact Instant Win Game style may change over the course of the Promotion; however, this will have no effect on the previously randomly assigned prizes or odds.

Each Instant Win Prize winner will receive on-line instructions for prize redemption, and/or may be contacted by the Administrator to confirm or coordinate prize delivery. In the event any scheduled prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

IMPORTANT: No more than the stated number of Instant Win Prizes will be awarded for any reason. In the event any scheduled prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. In the event of any technical errors, tampering, programming

error, malfunction, or error of any kind that results in more than the scheduled number of Entrants being notified that they are an instant prize winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing, and the actual scheduled number of instant prize winners will be randomly selected from all Entrants receiving an instant win prize notification or submitting an instant winning prize claim. The maximum number of prize awards are as listed above, regardless of the number of Entrants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an instant win on-line prize notification.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize – Maximum of (1) Winner

The Sweepstakes Grand Prize is a trip (“Trip”) for Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to Houston, TX from 1/7/2024 – 1/9/2024, with a maximum retail value not to exceed $7,200. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize includes:

· Roundtrip air travel for winner and three (3) guests from airport nearest winner’s residence to either George Bush Intercontinental Airport or William P. Hobby Airport (“Destination Airport”) in Houston, TX

The following conditions apply to the use of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize:

· Travel arrangements must be booked through Administrator;

· Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability;

· Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary;

· If the travel companion (i.e. guest of Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner) is a minor or under the age of twenty one (21), the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such travel companion.

· Released Parties are not responsible for any travel delays or difficulty. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of Trip, sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof.

· Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense.

· Actual value of the Trip will depend on the tickets for the Sponsor designated event, activity or entertainment.

· If air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location as solely determined by Administrator, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Administrator’s sole discretion.

· Trip and Trip components may not be sold, traded, transferred, separated, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded;

· Trip and Trip components are not redeemable for cash;

· Winner and guests are solely responsible for all costs and expenses of the prize not specified as included in these Official Rules, including but not limited to meals, tips, gratuities, hotel fees, checked baggage fees, souvenirs, ground transportation, laundry service, local and long-distance telephone calls, medical expenses, and other personal expenses;

· Released Parties not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage.

· Winner will be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in, and hotel will place a temporary ‘hold’ on credit card to cover any incidental charges by winner and/or winner’s guest. Temporary hold dollar amount on credit card is subject to hotel policy.

· Winner and guests are solely responsible for obtaining (and traveling with) valid identification and any other required documents (e.g., Photo ID, Credit Card)

· If Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner elects to take prize Trip without a guest, components of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Trip will be awarded in increments/quantities suitable for the actual number of travelers and Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will not receive any compensation or substitute/alternate prize for same;

· Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner agrees to maintain his or her behavior and the behavior of all guests in accordance with all applicable laws, generally accepted social practices and all rules and regulations applicable to any airline, hotel, venue or other entity in connection with participation in any prize activity, including, without limitation, use of a prize. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner understands and agrees that if Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner (and/or his/her guest’s, if any) are removed from any activity at any time if the winner’s (and/or his/her guest’s, if any) behavior at any point is disruptive or may or does cause damage to person, property or otherwise violates the policies of an entity associated with this prize, in that event, Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner may be required to forfeit the rest or all of his/her prize, with no substitution or compensation.

TRAVEL TO/FROM ARENA IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF PRIZE. Event date and seat location shall be as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to availability, and any applicable arena capacity restrictions

and regulations, including COVID-19 vaccination or testing policy or mask-wearing policies. Winner and guest must abide by all stadium policies. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any game.

Actual event date and time are determined in the sole discretion of the corresponding league and stadium, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event any event date does not occur or attendance is restricted or prohibited due to weather, pandemic, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Released Parties will not be responsible for any event delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation due to weather, pandemic, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event. Prize award may be delivered to winner only to the registered email address or mobile phone number (for mobile/digital tickets) as provided at the time of entry and Winner notification. Winner is solely responsible for any required software application for access to mobile or digital ticket delivery. Once delivered, prize shall be considered delivered to Winner and Released Parties shall have no responsibility for any delivery that is delayed, damaged, lost, misdelivered, not received or stolen. If, for whatever reason, the event is cancelled, tickets will not be awarded, and Released Parties will have no further obligation to Winner. If event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket terms will govern, and Released Parties will have no further obligation to Winner.

Winner and guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government -sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner Selection, Notification and Verification

At the conclusion of the Promotions Period, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.

Selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email beginning on or about 24 hours after their selection date. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with the potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner by phone after two (2) attempts over a 48-hour period to the phone number listed on that Entrant’s online entry, then that Entrant may be disqualified, and an alternate potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). Phone messages will not be left during the notification attempts.

During the winner notification phone call, the selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness to accept the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If the selected Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified Entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner selection and participation is non-transferable.

All of the following will apply for the grand prize winner: 1) Grand prize winner will be required to complete and return, within 5 days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, a W-9 form, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release (where permitted), a travel release form (required for grand prize winner and travel guests only); 2) Grand prize winner may be required to provide a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license as a condition of participating or receiving any prize; 3) Grand prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of all prizes won; and 4) Grand prize winner will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

Once shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner

shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

All prize awards are subject to verification of compliance with these Official Rules and approval by the Sponsor. Prize winners must accept delivery of prize as outlined above, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of winner including but not limited to all applicable taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: In the event an Entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use Entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any prize.

By participating, Entrants agree to indemnify, defend and hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability thereof. Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of an Entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online Entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion website.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

Odds: The odds of being selected as an instant win prize winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entrants playing the instant win game. The odds of being selected as the Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner are dependent upon the total number of Sweepstakes Entries received during the Promotion Period.

In Case of Disputes: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and

any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
