OFFER TERMS
AND CONDITIONS (“Offer”): Offer NOT valid for residents of AL,

WV. You must be 21 years of age or older
and a legal U.S. resident of a state not listed above to be eligible to
participate in this offer. Eligible receipts must be dated between 3/1/24
– 12/31/24, and submitted by 1/2/25. To receive one (1) $10 Live Nation® Concert
Cash® e-code (“Code”) through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of any
two (2) 750ml bottles of Chateau Ste. Michelle wine from an off-premise
retailer (i.e. grocery, convenience, or liquor store); or, any two (2)
6oz. or greater glasses of Chateau Ste. Michelle wine from an on-premise
retailer (i.e. restaurant or bar).
Offer available while supplies last, and open only to the first 2,500
eligible receipts received. Any receipt
that does not show a Chateau Ste. Michelle wine itemized purchase or purchases
made outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer.
Offer not redeemable in store. To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable
point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit the
site at www.CSMConcertCredit.com. Follow the online instructions to
upload your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each entrant must complete and submit all
required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each
receipt is subject to verification and approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not
properly display required information (itemized Chateau Ste. Michelle wine
purchase, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible,
honored, recognized, responded to or processed. Sponsor is not
responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission
of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to
reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not
in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not be
combined with any other offer and excludes tax. AZ, OR, PA and TN
residents are NOT eligible for redemption on a purchase at an on-premise location, and may only submit redemptions on
purchase of an eligible Chateau Ste. Michelle wine product from an off-premise
retailer. NOTE: maximum of ten
(10) Offer redemptions per individual, household, or email address during
entire offer period. Maximum of one (1) offer redemption per eligible
receipt. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same
individual or household in one submission will not be honored or
processed. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another
individual. Once verified and approved, Code will be emailed to the
email address submitted during registration.
The Code is redeemable only on www.livenation.com/csmtickets. Each Code is a
one-time use only promo code good toward $10-off final ticket purchase for
select Live Nation produced and promoted concerts in the United States ticketed
on livenation.com or ticketmaster.com, based on availability under this
program. Codes cannot be used toward events not ticketed on livenation.com or
ticketmaster.com, VIP Nation®, fan clubs, ticket packages, gift
cards, credits or shipping charges. Exclusions may apply to TM+, Platinum, TicketExchange by Ticketmaster®, resale tickets, and other
tickets not sold directly by Live Nation.
Code cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for
compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. Maximum five (5) Codes per
transaction. Codes must be redeemed by
11:59pm ET on 6/30/2025. Subject to full Code Terms of Use. Allow approximately 4 – 6
weeks for processing and delivery. Void wherever prohibited or restricted
