OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Offer”): Offer valid ONLY for residents of AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, ND, OH, OK, RI, SC, SD, VT, WA, WI, or WY. You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident of a state listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer.  Valid receipts must be dated between 5/15/2025 – 4/30/2026, and submitted by 5/3/2026.  To receive up to $8 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of one (1) draft, can, or bottle of any Deschutes Brewery beer AND one (1) food item from an on-premise retailer (i.e. bar or restaurant) during the rebate offer period. Offer available while supplies last. Any receipt that does not show an eligible Deschutes Brewery beer product and food item itemized purchase or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer.  Offer not redeemable in store.  To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit the site at www.deschutesbrewery.com/pages/beerandfoodoffer.  Follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification and approval.  Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized Deschutes Brewery beer and accompanying food purchase, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.  Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax.  CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate equal to $1 less than the cost of the beer (excluding sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $8. IL, MN, NJ, NY, and OH residents are eligible for a rebate on the beer only, are NOT required to purchase any food item, and such rebate shall not exceed the cost of the beer, excluding sales tax.  MD and NH residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase price (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $8. NOTE:  Maximum of twelve (12) offer redemptions per individual, household or email address during entire offer period. Maximum one (1) redemption per eligible receipt. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or household in one submission will not be honored or processed.  You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another individual.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.
