You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident of a state not listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer. Eligible receipts must be dated between 8/15/25 – 8/31/26, and submitted by 9/3/26. To receive an available rebate amount through this offer, you must purchase in a single transaction on the same receipt all required items per the offer terms outlined below including an eligible Deschutes Brewery beer product(s) and groceries (any non-alcoholic or non-tobacco products) from an off-premise retailer (i.e. grocery store), according to the offer terms specified. To receive up to $20 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of any two (2) 6-packs (equivalent or larger) of any Deschutes Brewery 12oz. bottles or cans AND a minimum of $50 in grocery items; receive up to $10 back on purchase of any two (2) 6-packs of Deschutes Brewery 12oz. bottles or cans AND a minimum of $25 in grocery items; or, receive up to $5 back on purchase of any two (2) 19.2oz. cans or one (1) 6-pack of Deschutes Brewery 12oz. bottles or cans AND a minimum of $10 in grocery items. Offer available while supplies last. Any receipt that does not show a required eligible Deschutes Brewery itemized purchase and/or other required purchase items (i.e. groceries) or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer.  Offer not redeemable in store.  To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit the redemption site at www.deschutesbrewery.com/pages/beerandgroceryoffer. Follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification and approval.  Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized Deschutes Brewery and/or required grocery purchase item, date of purchase, location of purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.  Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax.  CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the retail purchase price of the non-alcohol items (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum of $20. MD, NH and VA residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the normal retail purchase price of the beer (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $20. MN, NJ, NY, OH, and OR residents are NOT required to make a grocery purchase and are eligible for a rebate on the beer only (excl. sales tax), and such rebate shall not exceed the cost of beer. NOTE:  Maximum of one (1) offer redemption per individual, household, email address, or eligible receipt during entire offer period, regardless of brand or offer redeemed.  Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or household in one submission will not be honored or processed.  You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another individual.  Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.
