participate in this offer. Eligible receipts must be dated between
3/3/24 – 4/27/24, and submitted by 5/1/24. To receive one (1) $18-value Avery Brewing
Co. merchandise e-code (“Code”) through this offer, you must purchase a minimum
of one (1) 6-pack or 12-pack of 12oz Avery Brewing cans from an off-premise retailer (i.e. grocery, convenience, or liquor
store), or one (1) Avery Brewing draft, bottle, or can from an on-premise
retailer (i.e. restaurant or bar).
Offer available while supplies last, and open only to the first 128
eligible receipts received. Any receipt
that does not show an Avery Brewing beer itemized purchase or purchases made
outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this offer. Offer not
redeemable in store. To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of
sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit www.DrinkAveryBeer.com. Standard

Follow the online instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit
all other required information. Each
entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a
valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification and
approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid
receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information (itemized
Avery Brewing beer purchase, date of purchase, location of purchase), will
not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or processed. AZ,
PA, and TN residents are not eligible to redeem this offer
from an on-premise purchase and may only redeem with
an eligible off-premise purchase.
Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or
delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and
reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its
sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and
Conditions. Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes
tax. NOTE: maximum of one (1) Offer redemption per individual,
household, email address, or eligible receipt during entire offer period.
Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the same individual or
household in one submission will not be honored or processed. You may not
