Each entrant must complete and submit all required online registration
information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each receipt submission subject to verification
and approval. Illegible, duplicate, or
invalid receipts or receipts that do not properly display required information (date
of purchase, eligible product, etc.), will not be eligible, honored,
recognized, or processed. Offer may not
be combined with any other offer and excludes tax. NOTE: Maximum
of one (1) rebate offer redemption per individual, household, email address, or
valid receipt during entire rebate offer period. Duplicate receipts or any more than one (1)
unique receipt submitted by the same individual or household will not be
honored or processed. You may not submit

failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and
reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its
