OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer
NOT valid for residents of AL, AR, HI, IN, LA, ME, MO, NY, PA, TX,
UT, or WV. You must be 21 years of age or older and a
resident of a state NOT listed above to be eligible to participate in this
offer. Receipts
must be dated between 11/1/2026 – 12/31/2026, and submitted by 3/5/2027. To
receive up to $10 through this offer, you must purchase a minimum
of one (1) 12-pack (equivalent or larger) of any Founders Brewing Co. beer
in 12oz bottles or cans AND a minimum $10.01 worth or more (excluding sales tax)
of gasoline in a single transaction or multiple transactions on the same
day. Please note amount of rebate
will vary by State per the following restrictions: MD, MI,
NH and VA residents are
eligible for a rebate of $5 (excl. sales tax). OH and
OR residents are eligible for a rebate on the beer only, up to a
maximum of $5 (excl. sales tax). MN, NJ and NM residents
are eligible for a rebate of $5 (excl. sales tax), and are not required
to purchase gasoline. NC residents are
eligible for a rebate of $5 (excl. sales tax), and are not required to
purchase any beer. CA and IL residents are
eligible for a rebate equal to $1 less than the cost of the beer, up to a
maximum rebate of $9. In states where the purchase of multiple
items is required, rebate will be applied to each item on a proportionate basis
unless stated otherwise. Purchases made in multiple
transactions (except as noted above), or over multiple days or
outside of valid receipt dates are not eligible for this
offer. Offer not redeemable in store. To
redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of sale material using your mobile
device’s camera or directly visit the site at www.FBCFuelOffer.com. Follow the on-screen
instructions to upload your receipt(s) and submit other required information.
Carrier’s standard data rates apply. Each receipt is subject to verification
and approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or receipts that
do not properly display required information (itemized Founders Brewing Co.
beer purchase, fuel purchase where permitted, date of purchase, location of
purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or
processed. Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or
failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason, and reserves the
right to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole
discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions.
Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes tax. NOTE: maximum of three (3)
rebate redemptions per individual, household, or email address. Maximum of one (1) redemption per valid
receipt during entire rebate offer period. You may not submit a
receipt on behalf of another individual. Offer may not be
combined with any other offer. Void where taxed or prohibited by
law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising
and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers and
retail licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for
participation in this offer. Once
verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the PayPal
account based upon the registered email address provided, the Venmo account
based upon the registered mobile phone number provided, or as otherwise
designated by Sponsor. Allow up
