receive up to $4 through this offer, you must purchase in a single
transaction on the same receipt a minimum of ten (10) or more 50mL bottles
(equivalent or larger, including singles, multi-pack, or buckets) of Fireball Cinnamon or Fireball Blazin’ Apple AND a
minimum of one (1) 12-pack (or larger) of any malt-based beer, seltzer,
or ready-to-drink beverage from an off-premise retailer (i.e. Grocery or
Liquor store).
NOTE: you may NOT combine or submit multiple
receipts. Purchases made in multiple transactions,
outside of valid receipt dates or that do not itemize and display each required
product purchase are not eligible for this offer. Offer not

your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each
entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a
valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification

are not required to include beer in the purchase, and rebate will
be based on the eligible Fireball purchase only, not including sales tax. CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the
amount of the retail purchase price of the eligible product, up to a maximum
rebate of $4, as outlined above (excl. sales tax). MD, NH and VA residents are eligible
for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase price (excl. sales tax), up
to a maximum rebate of $4, as outlined above.
Offer may not be combined with any other offer and excludes
tax. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising and
promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers and
retail licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for participation
in this offer. Rebate amount may not exceed purchase
price. NOTE: maximum of one rebate offer per
