NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  The following SWEEPSTAKES is OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS, WHO RESIDE WITHIN 250 MILES OF Grapevine, TX, WHO meet the eligibility requirements (as defined in the rules below).  VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.    

 

Sweepstakes Name:  Floor & Decor Block Party Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). 

 

Sweepstakes Schedule: 

·         Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00am Central Time (“CT”) 2/28/2026 and end at approximately 1:55pm CT on 4/11/2026 (the “Registration Period”). 

·         The Sweepstakes check-in period (the “Event Check-in”) will occur at Floor & Decor, 3200 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Grapevine, TX 76051 (the “Event Location”), beginning at approximately 10:30 CT on 4/11/2026 and ending at approximately 2:00 CT on 4/11/2026 (the “Event Check-in Period”). 

·         The Sweepstakes event will take place at the Event Location beginning at approximately 11:00am CT on 4/11/2026 and ending at approximately 2:00pm CT on 4/11/2026 (the “Event”)

·         Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Contest Administrator reserve the right to modify the event date or time of the Sweepstakes, at its sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, schedule conflicts, acts of God, flight delays, or any other reason that prevents event to occur as scheduled. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside OK and TX, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

  

Who May Enter:  Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of OK or TX who reside within 200 miles of Grapevine, TX and who are age 18 or older as of date of entry with a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo I.D., except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

a.        Employees, officers, and directors of Floor & Decor (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (the “Administrator”), Floor & Decor vendors (a ‘Vendor’), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand-children) and each of their respective spouses.  “Vendors” include, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, anyone who works for a company whose product(s) are sold at Floor & Decor, any company or person hired to perform a job or service during the Pro Premier event, or anyone who works for a company who has a service contract directly with Floor & Decor.

b.        Individuals who are unable or unwilling to attend the grand prize event on 4/11/2026 at the Event Location.

 

How to Enter – 2 Steps: 

·         Step 1:  Scan the QR code or directly visit www.flooranddecor.com/grapevinepro during the “Registration Period” and click the entry button to connect to the Sweepstakes registration page.  Each entrant must fully complete the on-line registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number, and any other required questions.  After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your on-line registration (“Online Registration”).  All information received in an Online Registration must be fully complete and must be received by the close of the Registration Period to be eligible.  

o    Type of Pro:  During the Online Registration, entrants will be required to select one (1) multiple choice answer to the following question: ‘What type of Pro are you?’. 

§   Entrants who select any answer other than ‘Not a Pro’ will qualify to be entered into three (3) additional prize drawings during the Event (each a “Pro Prize Drawing”).

·         Step 2:  During the Event Check-in Period, visit the Event Location and complete your check in with an authorized on-site Floor & Decor representative (“Rep”) by providing the Rep with the email address used during your Online Registration.  Upon completion of your check-in, you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”).  Last time to receive an Entry will be at the close of the Event Check-in Period or at the announced deadline during the Event as solely determined by Administrator.  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any entrant who completes their Online Registration but who does not check in at the Event Location during the Event Check-in Period per the requirements as set forth in these official rules and within the required time period in order to receive an Entry. 

 

By participating and submitting an Entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and its designated parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor’s featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers.  entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message or following the provided opt-out instructions.

 

Maximum of one Entry per person.  Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for Entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any Entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

 

Each entrant must submit an Entry on his/her own behalf.  Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries allowed by using same, multiple/different mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that participant's Entries and that participant may be disqualified.  No mechanically-reproduced or automated Entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such Entries will be deemed void.  All Entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

 

In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules.  The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

 

By registering to enter Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  All entrants agree to be bound by & abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes. 

 

Drawing and Notification:  There will be a maximum of twelve (12) random Drawings during the Event at various times as announced and designated by Sponsor at the Event (each a “Drawing”). 

·         IMPORTANT:  As noted above (How to Enter, Step 1), three (3) of the twelve (12) Drawings will be conducted using only those Entries which qualified for a Pro Prize Drawing.

 

Prior to each Drawing, the Sponsor shall announce the designated prize being awarded for the corresponding Drawing.  The Administrator shall then conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the corresponding Drawing (as determined by Administrator). 

 

Following each Drawing, the Sponsor shall announce the selected entrant’s name (each a ‘Potential Winner’).  Potential Winners who make their presence known to a Rep during the Event shall have the opportunity to claim their designated prize at the Event, subject to verification of eligibility, compliance with these official rules, and (if necessary) completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form and a W-9 form for U.S. winners for prizes valued over $2,000 (the “Paperwork”). 

 

Potential Winners who do not claim their designated prize with a Rep during the Event will be notified by the Administrator initially by phone or email beginning on or about 4/11/2026.  If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected Potential Winner by phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial attempt to the phone number associated with their Entry, then that Potential Winner may be disqualified.  Note: phone messages will not be left during the Potential Winner notification process. 

 

During Potential Winner notification, each Potential Winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness to accept the associated prize. Potential Winners will then receive official notification via email and will be required to complete and return all required Prize Documents within five (5) days of receipt. If a Potential Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, is unable to be contacted or does not respond to the Administrator by the required deadline, does not return the Paperwork by the required deadline, or elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified, and the corresponding prize will be forfeited.   If forfeited for any reason, entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.  Sponsor may not award all prizes for this Sweepstakes if the number of eligible entrants are less than the number of advertised prizes. 

 

Potential Winners may also be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued photo I.D. as a condition of receiving any prize. Winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual value of all prizes won, if prize value exceeds $2,000, and are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on prize. 

 

Upon successful completion and submission of Paperwork to the Administrator, Potential Winner will be designated as a Winner (each a “Winner”).  Maximum of one (1) prize per person in this Sweepstakes.  Winners must take delivery of their designated prize either at the Event, or at a scheduled time and Sponsor location as determined by the Administrator. Please allow approximately 8-12 weeks for coordination of all prizes.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole and absolute discretion

 

Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of prize winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.  Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

If gift cards are awarded as part of any prize, gift cards are subject to terms and conditions of issuing company gift card policies. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award multiple gift cards in varying denominations to satisfy the total amount to be awarded.  ARV of all available Prizes: $9,045.00

 

General Prize Conditions: All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Winner, including but not limited to federal or state taxes, delivery charges, travel costs, or incidental expenses.  Sponsor reserves the right to award additional prizes during the Event using the same drawing and notification process as listed above.  All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.  All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to increase the number of prizes being awarded during the Prize Awards Period. All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor.  Other restrictions may apply.

 

Additional Rules & Restrictions:  By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  In the event an entrant wins a prize and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Forfeited prizes will be deemed unclaimed and will not be awarded. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.  False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize. Acceptance of a prize constitutes Winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

 

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor. 

 

Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control. 

 

No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason.  Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether typographical, administrative, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the Sweepstakes, the determination of Winners, or in the announcement of the prizes or Winners.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if any problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine any Winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries as of the time/date of such termination, if such determination can be made in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

 

IN CASE OF DISPUTES:  By participating, each participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

 

Odds:  Odds of being selected as a Winner are dependent upon the total number of Entries received.
