Touchdowns Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) sponsored by Mondelēz Global LLC
(“Sponsor”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C.,
who are age 18 or
older as of date of entry, and have
a valid driver’s license or
U.S. government issued
identification (“Entrant”), excluding the following
classes of persons
who are not eligible
to enter:
a.
Employees, officers, and directors
of Sponsor, Fanatics, Inc., Million Dollar Media (“Administrator”), Elvis
Communications Limited, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”),
CBS Broadcasting System, Inc. (“CBS”), Warner Bros. Discovery (“WBD”), and each
of their respective affiliated companies
and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and members of the
immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and
step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of
their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households
(whether related or not) of any of the above.
b.
Individuals who do not have current
access to the internet or a valid email address to complete an on-line registration form,
which is necessary to participate in the Promotion.
Participation constitutes Entrant’s (or entrant’s parent’s or legal guardian’s if
entrant is deemed a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides (“Minor”))
full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding
in all matters
related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promotion is void outside the Fifty
(50) United States and D.C. and where prohibited.
TIMING: The Promotion begins at Noon Eastern Time (ET) on 7/28/2025
and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 10/31/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion
consists of a sweepstakes in which First, Second and Third Prizes winners will
be selected in ten (10) separate random drawings, each of which is associated
with a separate entry period (each an “Entry Period’) as described further in
these Official Rules. Additionally, there will be a single drawing in which one
(1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The entry period for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes is the entire
Promotion Period.
The Promotion also includes a
Jerseys for Life Sweepstakes (“J4L Sweepstakes”),
which
is available only to participants who
enter via a QR code at a participating The Kroger Company affiliated location (each, a “Kroger Store”), as described
below. The J4L Sweepstakes
includes four (4) entry periods (each a “J4L Entry Period”), each of which has
its own random prize drawing (each a “J4L Drawing”).
See “Winner Selection & Notification” section below
for: Entry Period dates and times, and the related Drawing Dates for each Entry Period; The
Grand Prize Drawing date; and the . J4L Sweepstakes Entry Periods and
Drawing Dates.
Non-winning entries from one Entry Period will not
be included in any subsequent Entry Periods’ Drawings. Non-winning entries from
one J4L Entry Period will be included in any subsequent J4L Entry
Periods’ Drawings. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device
for the Promotion.
HOW TO REGISTER: To register, visit a participating retailer location and
scan the QR code on in-store promotional signage and once the code is
recognized, follow the instructions to open the mobile web page, or visit www.hometowntouchdowns.com
directly, to access the Promotion site (the "Website") during the Promotion
Period and, if you are a first-time visitor, follow the on-line instructions
provided to fully complete and submit the registration form. Each entrant must
fully complete the registration page with all required information, which may
include, but may not be limited to, your first and last name, complete postal address
(no P.O Boxes allowed), valid email address, birth date, and phone number
(including area code). On subsequent visits to the Website, you need only enter
your email address to participate. After
having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the ‘Enter’ button to
submit your on-line registration (“On-line Registration”). Completing an
On-line Registration does not result in earning an entry in the Sweepstakes.
If you choose to register and enter using
a mobile device, standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with
your personal mobile service plan. A mobile device is not required to enter.
HOW
TO REGISTER FOR AND ENTER THE J4L SWEEPSTAKES: Entrants who scan a QR code on in-store promotional signage at a participating The Kroger Company
affiliated store location (“Kroger Store”) follow the instructions to open the mobile web page, or who visit
www.hometowntouchdowns.com/j4l (“j4l Website”) to directly access the j4l
Website, and who complete the
registration requirements per the above and below will automatically receive
one (1) entry in the J4L Sweepstakes as outlined below
under “Prizes”. Limit one (1) entry per person in the J4L Sweepstakes during
the Promotion Period . Entrants in the J4L Sweepstakes are subject to these
Official Rules as well as any other rules or terms contained on the j4l
Website.
Regarding all Sweepstakes: All registration information must
be fully completed for all required registration fields. Any registration
submitted with an invalid email address will be disqualified. Maximum of one registration per person and per
valid email
address during the entire Promotion Period.
Registering more than
one time during
the entire Promotion Period (by using the
same or alternate names or email addresses or any other methods) will invalidate all entries by that entrant.
Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter or participate
in the Promotion, and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances
of winning.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late,
misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or damaged entries,
or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these
Official Rules, or for any entry not submitted or received or lost due to any technical
error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate
capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any
such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer
transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.
Each Entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any
entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email
address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically
reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to
participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all associated
entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of
any entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register
will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must be eligible according to these
Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other
organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted address. All entries received become the property
of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
TO
EARN SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES INTO THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD PRIZE DRAWINGS AND GRAND
PRIZE DRAWING:
After completing your On-line Registration, there are two (2) ways to potentially
earn an entry in the First, Second and Third Prize Drawings and the Grand Prize
Drawing. A.) Make a Purchase: During the Promotion Period and upon the first time
visiting the Website during each designated Entry Period (see below), locate a
product from any of the brands found on https://www.snackworks.com/brands/ at
any participating retail store location and locate the Universal Product Code
(“UPC”) on the package. Next, enter the UPC in the designated field and click the
‘Submit Code’ button to submit your UPC.
B.) Answer Survey
Questions: During
the Promotion Period, look for the “Official Rules” link on the Website or visit www.hometowntouchdowns.com/survey and answer the provided survey questions to receive a
unique free code (“Unique Free Code”). Limit one (1) Unique Free Code per
person per Entry Period. Next, enter the Unique Free Code in the designated
field and click the ‘Submit Code’ button to submit your Unique Free Code. UPCs
and Unique Free Codes are collectively “Sweepstakes Codes” and individually, a
“Sweepstakes Code.”
Upon
successful completion of submitting a Sweepstakes Code, entrants will earn one
(1) entry in the Grand Prize Drawing and will be eligible for the chance to be
included in the First, Second and Third Prize Drawing for each corresponding
Division 1 game date period as listed below (each a “Game Date Period”) based
on the process described below. (Entrants are not automatically included in a
First, Second and Third Prize Drawings by simply submitting a Sweepstakes Code)
Entrants will be randomly assigned a range of numbers (“Number Range”) which correlates
to the as-yet-undetermined cumulative number of touchdowns scored by each team
playing in a men’s Division 1 college football game in which a men’s Division 1
college football team was one or both of the participating teams playing in
that game (each a “Division 1 Game”) during the applicable Game Date Period as
listed below, and as solely designated by the Administrator. There will be a
total of ten (10) different Number Ranges which will be randomly assigned to entrants,

At the completion of each Game Date Period, the
administrator will calculate the total number of touchdowns scored (“Cumulative
Touchdowns”) of each team playing in a Division 1 Game during that Game Date
Period. The Cumulative Touchdowns will
be used to determine the winning Number Range for the corresponding Entry
Period. For example, if the Cumulative Touchdowns for a Game Date Period is 750,
any Entrant who was assigned a Number Range of 723-763 for the corresponding
Entry Period will be entered into the First, Second and Third Prize Drawings
for that Entry Period (each a “Finalist”).
Number Ranges are only valid for the Entry Period they were assigned for.
Limit: One (1) entry into the applicable First, Second and Third
Prize Drawings and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per person per
Entry Period during the Promotion Period.
No more than one (1) Grand Prize will
be awarded for any reason. In the event
of any technical errors, tampering, programming error, malfunction, or human
or other error of any
kind that results in more than one
(1) entrant being notified
that he/she is the Grand Prize winner, then all recipients
of such notifications shall be placed into a random drawing, and the one
(1) intended Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from
all entrants receiving
such notifications.

over to the next J4L Drawing Date, if
any.

being notified that they are a Jerseys for Life prize winner in

of such notifications shall be placed into a random drawing, and the one
(1) intended Jerseys

be randomly selected
from all entrants receiving such notifications.
Grand Prize, First
Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Jerseys for Life Prize Notification and
Verification
Selected potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and each
selected potential First Prize winner, Second Prize winner, Third Prize winner and
potential Jerseys for Life winner (each a “Potential Winner”) will be notified initially by phone or email following
his/her selection. Instructions including a callback phone number and all other
applicable requirements for confirmation of prize acceptance will be provided
if contacted by email. If the
Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a Potential Winner within
48-hours of the initial attempt to the email address or phone number associated
with his/her entry, then that contestant may be disqualified, and an alternate
Potential Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible
entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification
process.
During
Winner notification, Potential Winners must confirm their eligibility, and
indicate their willingness to accept the corresponding prize, as designated by
Administrator. The Potential Winners
will receive official notification via email after they have been confirmed as
eligible.
If
a selected Potential Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or
elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s
discretion, an alternate Potential Winner will be randomly selected from among
all remaining eligible entries in the applicable Drawing pool and notified as
per the procedures outlined above. Any
disqualified Potential Winner will not
receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.
If
it is necessary to conduct a drawing for an alternate Potential Prize Winner
for any of the reasons stated above, such drawing process will be repeated up
to three (3) times, after which a prize will not be awarded if it remains
unclaimed.
Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a
background check on the Potential Grand Prize Winner, which may also include a
review/monitoring of all of Potential Grand Prize Winner ‘s social media
accounts, and Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the
Potential Grand Prize Winner based on the results of such background check or
if, at any time, the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that providing
the Grand Prize to the Potential Grand Prize Winner might reflect negatively on
the Sponsor. Sponsor is not obligated to
share any specific results of background check with the Potential Grand Prize
Winner, whether the background check resulted in a disqualification or not.
Factors that could result in disqualification include, without limitation:
having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor; being delinquent on a
government-ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony,
tax payments, etc.; or having been convicted of or found liable for any other
criminal or civil offense, as determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion. Where necessary to fulfill this requirement in any
jurisdiction, Potential Grand Prize Winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian
if Potential Grand Prize Winner is a Minor) must provide authorization and/or
complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background
check. If Potential Grand Prize Winner
cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the first attempt to contact him/her,
or if he/she (or his/her parent or legal guardian if Potential Grand Prize
Winner is a Minor) fails to sign and return the required documentation within
the required time period, then such Potential Grand Prize Winner will be
disqualified and will forfeit the Grand Prize, which Sponsor may, in its
discretion, award to an alternate Potential Winner in a random drawing from
among the remaining eligible Grand Prize drawing entries, and notified as per
the procedures outlined above.
The Potential Jerseys for Life Prize Winners and the
Potential Grand Prize Winner (or their parents or legal guardians if Potential Jerseys
for Life Prize Winners are Minors) will be required to complete and return,
within 5 days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form and an IRS W-9 form; The Potential Jerseys for Life Prize
Winners and the Potential Grand Prize Winner (or their parents or legal
guardians if Potential Jerseys for Life Prize Winners are Minors) will be
required, and the First Prize Winners, Second Prize Winners and Third Prize
Winners (or their parents or legal guardians if Potential Winners are Minors) may
be required (at the discretion of the Sponsor), to complete and return, within
5 days of date of receipt, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity
release (where permitted); 2) All Winners may be required to provide a copy of
a valid driver’s license or U.S. government
issued identification as a condition of receiving the applicable prize;
3) The verified Jerseys for Life Prize Winners and the Grand Prize Winner will
be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the their Prizes, as noted
herein; and 4) All Winners will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes
(including, but not limited to all local, state and federal income taxes) on their
prizes.
Regarding all Prizes in this Promotion: Failure to collect
or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result
in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Entrant will not
receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain
the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.
Once shipped, each prize shall be considered as awarded
and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of
delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late,
undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery
address provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of
any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen
deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize, and
prize shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize or other compensation.
Winner (or their parents or legal guardians if Winners are Minors) shall look solely to the designated
shipper/carrier and not to Sponsor for any lost, damaged, stolen or
mis-delivered packages or for any prize delivery issues.
PRIZES
First Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Two hundred (200) Prizes
Available (twenty (20) awarded per First Prize Drawing): Each Entrant who is confirmed as a First Prize Winner
will be eligible to receive one (1) First Prize, subject to verification. The First Prize is: one (1) Fanatics promo code
(“Code”), which is good towards a purchase of any
merchandise on Fanatics.com ($200 code valid for up to $200 total value),
excluding select trading cards / memorabilia. Code is void if not redeemed
by 10/31/2026. If lost or stolen, Code cannot be replaced. Offer valid for redemption in U.S. and D.C. only.
One-time use only, limit one Code per order. Not for resale; void if sold or

Prize. Total ARV of all Second Prizes: $4,199.70
Third Prizes/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Ten Thousand Third Prizes available (one
thousand awarded per Third Prize Drawing): Each Entrant who is confirmed as a Third Prize Winner will be eligible
to receive one (1) Third Prize, as randomly assigned by Administrator and subject
to verification.

following: A visit by an athlete or celebrity of the Sponsor’s choosing to Grand Prize
Winner’s hometown for a meet and greet opportunity with Grand Prize Winner and
up to ten (10) guests of Grand Prize Winner’s choosing (“The Event”). The
following conditions apply to the use of the Grand Prize:
· The Winner will have the opportunity to have an
athlete or celebrity (“Talent”) of the Sponsor’s choosing visit
him/her at a location in or around winner’s area of residence as solely
designated by Sponsor.
· Guests of Winner may also be required to complete and
pass a background check in order to attend The Event.
· Winner is solely
responsible for all costs
and expenses of the prize not
specified as included
herein.
· Released Parties (as defined above
under “Eligibility”) will not be responsible for any event
delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation due to weather, pandemic, Acts of God, acts of
terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage
or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event. Total
ARV of Grand Prize: $5,000.00
Total ARV of all available prizes: $272,199.70.
If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of available
prizes for the Promotion, then less than the number of advertised prizes for
this Promotion shall be awarded.
Prize Limits: Limit one (1) prize per person and per email address per Entry Period (excluding
Jerseys for Life Prizes). Once awarded a prize, an entrant may not be awarded
another prize during the same Entry Period.
Limit of one (1) First Prize, one (1) Second Prizes, two (2) Third
Prizes, one (1) Jerseys for Life Prize and one (1) Grand Prize per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. After being confirmed as a First Prize winner, an Entrant
may not be awarded another First
Prize during
the remainder of the Promotion Period. After being
confirmed as a Second Prize winner, an Entrant may not be awarded another Second Prize during the remainder of the Promotion Period. After being confirmed as a Third Prize winner two (2) times, an Entrant
may not be awarded another Third Prize during the remainder of the Promotion Period After being confirmed as a Jerseys for Life winner, an Entrant
may not be awarded another Jerseys for Life Prize during the remainder
of the Promotion Period.
All prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with
these Official Rules and, with
respect to the Grand Prize, approval by the Sponsor.
Prize winners must accept delivery of prize as outlined above, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. All other costs related to prize
delivery and use are
the
responsibility of winner
including but not limited
to all applicable taxes. All properly
claimed prizes will
be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes
will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash
redemption or prize substitution allowed,
except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or
as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater
value if an advertised prize (or
portion thereof) becomes unavailable.
ADDITIONAL RULES & RESTRICTIONS: By participating, Entrants (or their parents or legal
guardians if Entrants are Minors) agree to abide by and be bound by these
Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall
be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. In the event an Entrant
wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of
these Official Rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to
reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if
such violation is discovered after Winner has used the prize. Participation in Promotion
constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees
to use Entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for
purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media
now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further
compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False,
fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts by an Entrant shall render that Entrant
ineligible for any prize.
By participating, to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law Entrants (OR THEIR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS IF ENTRANTS ARE
MINORS) agree to RELEASE AND hold all
Released Parties harmless from AND AGAINST any claims, losses, actions, or
damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury
(including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out
of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this promotion, or the acceptance,
possession or use/misuse of a prize, or participation in prize-related
activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto),
and, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, for any claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark
infringement, or any other intellectual property-related cause of action, and
to assume all liability therefOR. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Released Parties shall not be
liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply a prize or any part
thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or
requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war,
fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or
material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause
beyond Released Parties’ sole control.
Entrants
are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone
equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all
liability for the inability of an Entrant to complete or continue an entry due
to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond
the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. Released Parties disclaim any liability
for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors.
Released Parties disclaim all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or
failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic
transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible
for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer,
hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including:
failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic
congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable
network connections which may limit an online Entrant's ability to participate
in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s
computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or
downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion. Released
Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer,
technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in
connection with the Promotion, including, without limitations, errors which may
occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Promotion,
administration or execution of the Promotion, the processing of entries or in
the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole
discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the Promotion or its website in any way.
Sponsor
reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud,
misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Promotion,
in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, if the Division 1 college football
season associated with this Promotion is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or
cancelled, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the
administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by
Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early
termination of the Promotion, Sponsor
reserves the right to determine all prize winners in a random drawing from
among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such
termination.
ODDS: The odds of becoming
a Finalist in each Entry Period are 1:10.
The odds of a Finalist being selected as a First Prize, Second Prize or
Third Prize Winner are dependent upon the total number of Finalists in each Drawing.
The odds of being selected as a Jerseys for Life Prize Winner are dependent upon
the total number of Entries received as of the date of each Jerseys for Life Drawing. The odds of being selected as the Grand Prize
Winner are dependent upon the total number of Entries received during the entire
Promotion Period.
IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant (or his/her parent or legal guardian if entrant
is a Minor) agrees that (1) any and all disputes,
claims, and causes
of action arising out of or in connection with
this Promotion, or any prizes
awarded, shall
be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and any judicial
proceeding shall
take place in a federal
or state court within
the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be
limited to actual out-of-pocket
costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys'
fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim,
punitive, incidental, and consequential damages,
and any other
damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT

Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant

governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey,
without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or
provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that
would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State
of New Jersey.
