Once emailed, ticket voucher codes will not be resent or replaced for any reason. Allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks for processing and delivery.

New York Mets Ticket Voucher Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Vouchers must be redeemed online at www.Mets.com/MyTickets
Vouchers will be limited to ticket redemption for 2026 regular season Monday-Thursday home games only, based upon availability, and may only redeemed for non-marquee matchups as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and team

Blackout games (“marquee matchups”) include but are not limited to Opening Day, Subway Series, Dodgers Series
Redemption excludes Opening Day, Subway Series and Dodgers Series

Eligible Seating Sections as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and team, and subject to availability by game date

Tickets are not available in all price levels or seating locations
Restrictions on seat locations shall apply

Voucher is not redeemable for cash or other considerations, and void following conclusion of the 2026 regular season. Unused vouchers may not be redeemed for tickets to future games/seasons, merchandise, food or beverage, other discounts and have no cash value. Lost or stolen vouchers shall NOT be replaced.
Available seat locations and game dates will be based upon availability and assigned on a first come, first-served basis

Early redemption is strongly encouraged
Availability is limited and tickets will be distributed on a first come, first-served basis
