Official Rules

 

Important: Please read these Official Rules before participating. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Entrants represent that they satisfy all the eligibility requirements below. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The "7-Eleven® CELSIUS® MLS Championship Flyaway Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:59:59 pm ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period consists of seven (7) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period"), as described in the "Entry Chart" in Section 3, to award one (1) “Weekly Prize” per Weekly Entry Period.  Entries will not carry over between individual Weekly Entry Periods, but all cumulative entries received for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period will carry over to one (1) cumulative drawing for the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”). All prize drawings will be conducted at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is 7-Eleven, Inc., 3200 Hackberry Road, Irving, TX 75063 (“7-Eleven” or "Sponsor"). The administrator of this Sweepstakes is Creative Zing Promotion Group, 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803 ("Administrator"). The prize provider is Celsius, Inc., 2424 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431 (“Prize Provider”).  Sponsor, Administrator, and Prize Provider are referred to below as the "Sweepstakes Entities". Major League Soccer (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV” and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded. The SUM Entities have not endorsed, offered, sponsored, or administered this Sweepstakes in any way.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of entry and who meet all other requirements in these Official Rules (each an "Entrant"). The Entrant must be a registered user of 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards through either the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, or in connection with a 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards card, as further defined and described in Section 3 below. Employees of Sweepstakes Entities, SUM Entities, and each of their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agencies, shareholders, officers, directors, members, successors, agents, and assigns, together with the Immediate Family Members and Household Members of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, "Household Members" means those people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether or not related; "Immediate Family Members" means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are five (5) ways to participate in the Sweepstakes (each an "Entry Method" and collectively "Entry Methods"), as described below. For purposes of these Official Rules, a "Day" means any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Period beginning at 12:00:01 am local time ("LT") and ending at 11:59:59 pm LT, except on August 27, 2025, when the Day starts at 12:00:01 am ET, and on October 17, 2025, when the Day ends at 11:59:59 pm ET (regardless of Entrant's local time).

Grand Prize

For Entry Periods 1- 7

 

The 7-Eleven, Inc. App (the "7-Eleven App"), the 7NOW App (the "7NOW App"), or the Speedway LLC (“Speedway”) App (the "Speedway App") are required for certain methods of entry as detailed below. The 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App can be obtained for free by visiting Google Play or the Apple App Store and downloading the App to a compatible web-enabled iOS or Android mobile device, then following the in-app instructions to complete an account profile. Registered 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App users are automatically enrolled in 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards. Data rates may apply. Participation in 7REWARDS and use of the 7-Eleven App and 7NOW App are subject to the Sponsor's Terms, available at https://www.7-eleven.com/terms, and Privacy Notice, linked in Section 12 below. Participation in Speedy Rewards and use of the Speedway App are subject to Speedway's Terms, available at https://www.speedway.com/about/terms-and-conditions, and the Speedway Privacy Notice, linked in Section 12 below. For 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, and Speedway App entries, Entrants must fully and accurately complete the registration process for the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, or Speedway App. To be notified as a potential “Winner” (as defined in Section 4), an Entrant must be opted in to receive marketing communications from 7-Eleven if participating via the 7-Eleven App or 7NOW App and from Speedway if participating via the Speedway App. Individuals may opt out at any time, but may not receive notification as a potential “Winner” if opting out before the relevant Drawing Date (as defined in Section 7).

 

Entry Methods 1 - 4 below are available during the Sweepstakes Period at 7-Eleven, Stripes, and Speedway store locations and in 7NOW delivery locations. Entry Method 5 is available for free during the entire Sweepstakes Period, as further described below. For Entry Method 5, Mail-In Entries must be postmarked and received in accordance with the Entry Chart above.

 

THERE IS A LIMIT OF FORTY-TWO (42) ENTRIES PER PERSON PER DAY, REGARDLESS OF THE ENTRY METHOD.

 

1.) 7-Eleven App Entry: The 7-Eleven App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must present and have their 7-Eleven App scanned during traditional, e-wallet, or mobile checkout of one (1) or more 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS products to automatically receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes per 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS product, up to the maximum of forty-two (42) entries per Day.

 

2.) 7NOW App Entry: The 7NOW App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must use the 7NOW App to complete an order of one (1) or more 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS products to automatically receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes per 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS product, up to the maximum of forty-two (42) entries per Day.

 

3.) Speedway App Entry: The Speedway App is required for this method of entry. Eligible Entrants must present and have their Speedway App scanned during the checkout of one (1) or more 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS products to automatically receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes per 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS product, up to the maximum of forty-two (42) entries per Day.

 

4.) 7REWARDS & Speedy Rewards Card/CFD/PIN Entry: Eligible Entrants must input their registered phone number via the consumer-facing display/PIN pad ("CFD") during checkout from 7-Eleven, Stripes or Speedway to access the corresponding 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account or present/scan their 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards card during checkout at the corresponding retailer when purchasing one (1) or more 12 oz or 16 oz  CELSIUS products to automatically receive seven (7) entries into the Sweepstakes per 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS product, up to the maximum of forty-two (42) entries per Day.

 

For 7-Eleven, 7NOW, Speedway App, and 7REWARDS/Speedy Rewards Card/CFD/PIN Methods of Entry: Rewards points may still be accumulated for 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS card, Speedy Rewards card and CFD scans that exceed the entry limitations, but no additional Sweepstakes entries will be awarded for those scans. For example, purchases of more than six (6) 12 oz or 16 oz CELSIUS products in separate transactions during a Day will not provide Entrant with more than 42 Sweepstakes entries but will continue to provide the Entrant with rewards points to the extent that they qualify under 7-Eleven’s  rewards program. The Entrant must be the authorized account holder of the registered 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account associated with the entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential "Winner" in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant or potential Winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the 7REWARDS account or Speedy Rewards account and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person in whose name the email account was opened. If a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant or potential Winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries will not be acknowledged except as provided herein.

 

5.) Mail-In Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing a purchase (each a "Mail-In Entry" or collectively, the "Mail-In Entries"), the eligible Entrant must handwrite the Required Information below on a 3” x 5” index card:

Each Mail-In Entry must be in a separate handwritten envelope, and each must be mailed separately. Photocopied or mechanically reproduced envelopes or entries are not eligible.  All Mail-In Entries become the property of Sweepstakes Entities and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrants will receive up to forty-two (42) entries into the Sweepstakes for each eligible Mail-In Entry received by the Sweepstakes Entities (depending on whether the Entrant also entered via any of the other Entry Methods on the same Day). Limit one (1) Mail-In Entry per 7-Eleven Member ID or Speedy Rewards Card Number per Day. Mail-In Entries will be attributed to the Day on which they are postmarked. Entrant is permitted two (2) postmarked entries for either Saturday or Monday (to account for Sunday entry) and two (2) postmarked entries on either the day before or after a federal holiday (to account for the holiday entry). Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, stolen, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or postage-due Mail-In Entries.

For All Entry Methods: Under no circumstances will an Entrant receive more than forty-two (42) entries per Day, regardless of Entry Method or combination of Entry Methods. Entries from any Entrant in excess of the limitations set forth herein will be void. All entries must be received by the dates and times stated in the Entry Chart and herein. Any deliberate attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including through artificial intelligence (“AI”) software or tools, bots, multiple or duplicate accounts, or any other methods, will void such Entrant's entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by a macro, script, or other automated means will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of 7-Eleven. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THE REQUESTED ENTRY INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Entrant's understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant determined to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. 

 

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about October 23, 2025 (the "Drawing Date"), the Administrator will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Weekly Entry Period to select one (1) potential ‘Weekly Prize Winner” for each corresponding Weekly Entry Period. In addition, the Administrator will conduct one (1) random drawing from all cumulative eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential “Grand Prize Winner”. Each potential Weekly Prize Winner and the potential Grand Prize Winner are generally referred to as a potential “Winner” or “Winners”, pending confirmation of eligibility and completion of the required Prize Affidavit (as defined below).

 

Within approximately three (3) business days of the Drawing Date, each potential Winner will be notified via email and/or Adobe Sign at the email address associated with their corresponding 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account, or Mail-In Entry. Each potential Winner must respond (as directed) to the notification within two (2) days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of attempted notification. Each potential Winner will be required to verify address, sign, and return within three (3) days of initial notification one or more forms covering eligibility, liability, advertising, and (unless prohibited by law) publicity rights and such other documents the Sweepstakes Entities may require (collectively, the “Prize Affidavit”). The potential Grand Prize Winner must provide the Sweepstakes Entities with a valid Social Security number for tax reporting purposes before the Grand Prize can be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner by the Prize Provider (or their designee) for the full value of the Prize received for the year in which the Prize is fulfilled.

 

If an email address is invalid or any potential Winner fails to respond as directed, the Prize may be forfeited. If a potential Winner forfeits the Prize, is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner forfeits the prize and will be disqualified, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue in accordance with the aforementioned procedures.  The Sweepstakes Entities will attempt to contact up to five (5) potential Winners for any Prize in accordance with the above procedure (and if time permits for the Grand Prize), after which the Prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If a Prize is awarded but goes unclaimed, such Prize may not be re-awarded at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities.

 

The Grand Prize Winner's travel companion (the "Guest") must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in his or her state of primary residence unless the Winner is the minor Guest's parent or legal guardian. If the Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty (20), they must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the Grand Prize trip, including, without limitation, during travel and to check into the hotel. The Guest (and in the case of a minor Guest, their parent or legal guardian) will be required to verify their address and execute a Travel Companion Release, as directed. Failure to return the executed Travel Companion Release within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the participation of the Guest.

 

5. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each corresponding Weekly Entry Period, and the odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the overall number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes Period.

 

6. PRIZES (8 Total): There are seven (7) Weekly Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize available, as detailed below. The cumulative approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all offered Prizes is $7,800.00. All values are in U.S. dollars. No cash alternatives or prize substitutions are allowed except at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. If a Prize cannot be awarded or fulfilled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities, a substitute Prize of comparable value may be awarded. The ARV is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual value of a Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the Winner will not be entitled to a check, cash, or other form of payment for the price difference. Any depictions of the Prize are for illustrative purposes only. Other restrictions may apply. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.  

 

Weekly Prizes (7): Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) Fanatics gift card in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). Gift cards are subject to separate Terms & Conditions.  

 

Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize consists of a 3-day / 2-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) Guest to attend the 2025 MLS Championship Game currently scheduled for December 6, 2025, in the championship location (the “Destination”). The Grand Prize has an ARV of $4,300.00 and includes the following:

 

·       Admission for the Winner and up to one (1) Guest to attend the 2025 MLS Championship Game in the Destination.

·       Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major airport in the contiguous U.S. nearest winner’s residence (to be determined by the Prize Provider) to an airport in or near the Destination, as determined by the Prize Provider.

 

TRAVEL WILL OCCUR ON DATES DETERMINED BY THE PRIZE PROVIDER. Gift cards are subject to separate Terms & Conditions, as outlined on the gift card.  The Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements must be made through the Prize Provider or its designee. Once trip dates have been booked, no changes, extensions, or substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider. The trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades. All airline tickets are subject to flight variations, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid REAL ID or government-issued ID) required for travel and are solely responsible for obtaining such valid identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements. Admission to the 2025 MLS Championship Game is non-transferable. The Winner and Guest agree to undertake the trip at their own risk. Terms & Condition apply to use of 2025 MLS Championship Game tickets, including the raincheck policy should the 2025 MLS Championship Game be cancelled or postponed. Seat location will be determined by Prize Provider. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider.

 

Any costs of travel exceeding the allowance provided in the Prize description shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner shall be solely responsible for all costs, expenses, and incidentals associated with Prize acceptance and use, including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, beverages, gratuities, in-room charges, personal incidentals, spending money, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as being included. Winner or Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to check-in to the hotel. Upon hotel check-in and at the hotel's sole discretion, the Winner may be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to the Winner's hotel room may be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided.

 

In the event Winner and/or Guest engages in behavior during travel or participation in any part of the Prize that (as determined by Sponsor) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize and accommodations early, and send Winner and/or Guest home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Winner and/or Guest (which may, in Sponsor’s discretion, result in such Winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s) and/or prize component(s). In the event Winner or Guest engages in behavior during participation in the Prize that (as determined by Sponsor) is illegal, tortious, or subjects Winner or Guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Winner or Guest as a result of such conduct.

 

Prize Provider maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operation of any air carrier, transportation company, hotel, playoff venue, or restaurant (each a "Providing Party" and collectively the "Providing Parties"), and the Prize Provider is merely an independent supplier of the trip and is not in any way related to each Providing Party. The Prize Provider shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (a) by wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of those Providing Parties or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (b) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any Providing Party, (c) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Prize Provider, or (d) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Prize Provider.

 

By accepting the Prize, the Winner and Guest voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable disease or illness, bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the trip, or in connection with the Prize, however, caused or contracted, and acknowledge that COVID-19 related risks may increase by accepting the Prize, traveling, or attending a sporting event. Sweepstakes Entities and all Released Parties (as defined in Section 7) cannot guarantee that the Winner and their Guest (or any other person, including any family or household members of the Winner or their Guest) will not be exposed to or infected by COVID-19.

DISCLAIMER: Sweepstakes Entities, SUM Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, partners,  subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, public relations firms, employees, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be responsible for  lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled purchases, entries, direct messages, comments, email, mail or communications of any other kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the functionality of  the 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS card, Speedy Rewards card, or CFD scanners, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site or App users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person's device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

 

Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by viruses, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserve the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

 

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant releases the Sweepstakes Entities, SUM Entities, and all other Released Parties from any liability whatsoever and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) (including claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSOR OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF A RELEASED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (JOINTLY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR USE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE EXCEED $10. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM THE SPONSOR OR FOR THE RELEASED PARTIES' GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD. AS A CONDITION OF ACCEPTING THE GRAND PRIZE, THE WINNER WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF WINNER'S OR ANY OF THEIR GUESTS' ACCEPTANCE, TRAVEL RELATED TO, PARTICIPATION IN, USE, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF).

 

9. USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND LIKENESS: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective designees to use each Winner's name, hometown, aural and visual likeness, and Prize information for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or later devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further permission or compensation or notification(including in a public-facing list of Winners). As a condition of being awarded any Prize, except where prohibited by law, each Winner may be required to execute a document consenting to same.

 

10. DISPUTES: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to Texas conflict of law provisions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant irrevocably consents to the exclusive (subject to the arbitration provision below) jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Dallas, Texas, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes. Any legal action against the Sponsor must be commenced within two years after the claim arises. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be settled by binding arbitration before JAMS, Inc., and in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated individually and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Each party shall be responsible for its costs incurred in such arbitration, but if the Entrant cannot afford to pay for the arbitration, the Entrant agrees to provide the Sponsor the option of paying the arbitrator before seeking to initiate any other form of dispute resolution, including litigation. The arbitration will be conducted in Dallas County, Texas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding upon the parties without appeal or review. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may immediately seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its rights or property (including intellectual property rights).

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, at its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Sweepstakes Entities reasonable control affect the administration, security or proper participation in the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule, or regulation in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sweepstakes Entities, or any other Entrant (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities) are subject to disqualification, in which case, the Entrant's 7-Eleven App, 7NOW App, Speedway App, 7REWARDS or Speedy Rewards account privileges may be revoked. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities reserves the right to disqualify any entries received that contain inappropriate or offensive content. Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. The use of the terms "include" or "including" in these Official Rules is illustrative and not limiting.

 

12. PRIVACY: The information provided by Entrants will only be used as provided in these Terms or the Privacy Notice corresponding to the Entrant's form of entry. See 7-Eleven's Privacy Notice at https://www.7-eleven.com/privacy and Speedway's Privacy Notice at https://www.speedway.com/about/privacy-policy for details regarding the use of the personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and such Privacy Notices, these Official Rules shall control. By participating, the Entrant grants the Sponsor permission to share the Entrant's name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information with the Administrator and Prize Provider solely for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and fulfillment.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Entrant consents to being contacted by the Sweepstakes Entities and Released Parties for any purpose in connection with this Sweepstakes.

 

13. WINNERS /OFFICIAL RULES: For a copy of these Official Rules or the list of Winners, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Creative Zing – 7-Eleven® CELSIUS® MLS Championship Flyaway Sweepstakes (or Winners), 2100 E Robinson Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Requests must be received no later than March 31, 2026.
