OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Rebate offer valid
ONLY for residents of IL. You must be 21 years of age or older to be eligible
to participate in this offer. Amount of rebate may vary due to legal
constraints. Valid
receipts must be dated between 2/1/2026 – 3/31/2026, and
submitted by 4/3/2026. To
receive $5 through this offer, you must purchase in a single
transaction on the same receipt a minimum of one (1) 750mL or larger
bottle of Paddy’s Irish Whiskey AND
a minimum of one (1) 12oz. (or larger) of any malt-based beer, seltzer,
or ready-to-drink beverage from an off-premise retailer (i.e. Grocery or
Liquor store). Or, purchase in
a single transaction on the same receipt a minimum of one (1) cocktail
or neat pour containing Paddy’s Irish Whiskey AND a
minimum of one (1) 12oz. (or larger) of any malt-based beer, seltzer, or
ready-to-drink beverage from an on-premise retailer (i.e. Bar or Restaurant). NOTE: you may
NOT combine or submit multiple receipts. Purchases made
in multiple transactions, outside of valid receipt dates or that
do not itemize and display each required product purchase are not eligible for
this offer. Offer not redeemable in store. To redeem,
scan the QR Code or directly visit www.PaddysAndBeer.com, and follow the online
instructions to upload your valid receipt and submit other required
information. Each entrant must complete and submit all required
information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each
receipt is subject to verification and
approval. Illegible, duplicate, or invalid receipts, or
receipts that do not properly display required information (date of
purchase, eligible purchase items, etc.), will not be eligible,
honored, recognized, responded to, or processed. Sponsor is not
responsible for any difficulty in submission or failed or delayed transmission
of receipt for any reason and reserves the right to reject any
receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is not in
compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not be
combined with any other offer and excludes tax. Employees of
Sponsor, its affiliated advertising and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol
beverage suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their
immediate families are not eligible for participation in this
offer. Rebate amount may not exceed purchase price. IL residents are
eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the retail purchase price
of the eligible products, up to a maximum rebate of $5, as outlined above (excl.
sales tax). NOTE: maximum of one rebate offer
per individual, household, email address or receipt during entire rebate offer
period. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the
same individual or household will not be honored, processed, or
responded to. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another
individual. Once
verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the Venmo
account based upon the registered mobile phone number provided, or to the
PayPal account based upon the registered email address provided, or as
