OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Name: Raising Cane’s Grad Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Sweepstakes Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on 5/18/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/29/2026 (“Registration Period”). The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Who May Enter: Sweepstakes is open to an individual who:1. is a legal U.S. resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, 2. Is age 18 or older as of date of entry, 3. Has already or will be, during the 2026 calendar year, graduating from a public or private, in-person or online high school, vocational/technical school, community college, public university or private college with a two (2) year or four (4) year degree that operates in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“School”), and is in compliance with the laws and regulations of its state, and 4. has a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo identification (“Entrant”). Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and determine if eligibility criteria has been met for each Entrant. The following classes of persons are not eligible to enter:

a. Employees, officers, and directors of Raising Cane’s Restaurants, LLC, (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (“Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses.

b. Individuals who do not have current access to the internet or a valid email address to complete an eligible on-line registration to participate.

Online Entry: During the Registration Period, visit www.RaisingCanesGrad.com (the "Website") and follow the on-line instructions to complete the registration page. Each Entrant must fully complete the registration page with all required information including first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, valid email address, phone number (including area code), and the Entrant’s School (including city). Your Entry may also include a photo submission showing your graduation announcement (“Announcement”). Announcement photo submissions are not required and do not improve the odds of winning. If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s data rates will apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any charges demanded by your wireless carrier. Photo submissions are not required and do not improve the odds of winning.

After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the ‘Enter’ button to submit your on-line registration and to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (“Entry”). Maximum of one (1) registration and one (1) Entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period. Registering more than once during the entire Registration Period (by using the same or alternate names or email addresses) will invalidate all Entries by that Entrant.

Announcement General Submission Requirements:

(a) Each Entry that includes an Announcement must be submitted in a format as accepted by the online website, and

(b) Any Entry that is not properly submitted or received for any reason, including any technical difficulties, upload failures, failures to save or properly store the entry, efforts of hackers or any lost or disconnected Internet connections, will be disqualified. 

Additional Announcement Submission Requirements: Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Entry and/or Announcement submission for any reason that it considers to not be appropriate for the Sweepstakes.  Entry submission restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following requirements: 

· may not include, depict or reference any individual who is considered a minor as defined by the jurisdiction of residence ;

· not be, or ever have been, previously submitted in the Sweepstakes;

· except as relates to the Sponsor’s brand(s) or approved partners, not include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by entrant or material that is used without permission (including, but not limited to, company names, photographs, works of art or images published on any media) or that otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any third-party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, logos, contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights (i.e., “droit moral”) or any other intellectual property rights);

· not include any unauthorized photos, images, comments or plagiarism of any kind;

· not contain or reference nudity, inappropriate, indecent, sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content or images (which shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion);

· not contain any political or politically themed or motivated messages, comments, statements or images;

· not defame, slander, libel, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks or any other content that could adversely affect the name, reputation or goodwill of the Released Parties or any other individuals and/or entities affiliated or associated with Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any prizes, the determination of which shall remain in the sole discretion of Sponsor;

· not depict or include any comments, descriptions or images that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, religiously, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any manner as solely determined by Sponsor;

· not be subject to any third-party agreement or require payment or incurrence of any sums to obtain further permissions of any person or entity as a result of its use or exploitation of the comment(s), photo, idea or rights therein or portions, or modified versions or derivative works thereof;

· not include any name, likeness, description, photograph or any other identifying element, in whole or in part, of any person, living or dead, without permission;

· not depict or describe the mistreatment or abuse of animals; and,

· not depict or describe misuse or irresponsible behavior or use of Sponsor’s products or any other similar product.

Representation and Release of Rights to Sweepstakes Entry and/or Submission: By submitting any Entry, each Entrant represents that s/he has sole and exclusive ownership and proprietary rights of all content submitted; has full permission of all parties within any submitted Announcement or photo to publish and release their images and actions shown within the photo; and agrees that each Entry and/or submission becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, and Sponsor may publish, display, promote or utilize the submission, content and photo in any manner of its choosing in relation to the promotion or advertising of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor.  

Entry into the Sweepstakes and upload of any Entry, Announcement, comment and/or photo constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use that entrant’s Entry, Annoucement comment, photo, name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.  Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof from any Entrant, at any time, in a form acceptable to Sponsor, of any permission required or possibly required to use such Entrant’s Entry in the Sweepstakes.  Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may disqualify such entry from the Sweepstakes

Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or Entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules, or any Entry not submitted, received, or lost due to any technical error or failure, human or programming error, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each Entrant must submit an Entry on his/her own behalf. Any Entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such Entries will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All Entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

By participating and submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees that Sponsor and Released Parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, mail, phone or any other form of media to make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, discounts, special events or promotional offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link provided in all promotional email messages from Sponsor and following the opt-out instructions. Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes and checking the opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning.

Winner Selection & Notification: On or about June 2, 2026, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received to select a total of two-thousand twenty-six (2,026) grand prize winners (each a “Potential Winner”).

If a grand prize Potential Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, or elects to decline the prize, that entry shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate Entry will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries and a new grand prize Potential Winner will be notified per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified Entrant will not receive an alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of all grand prize Potential Winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

All of the following may apply to verify a grand prize Potential Winner (“Grand Prize Winners”): 1) Grand Prize Winners may be required to complete and return, within 5-days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, a W-9 form, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity/travel release (where permitted); 2) Grand Prize Winners may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license as a condition of receiving a prize; and 3) Grand Prize Winners will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on the prize received. Failure to collect or properly claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, Winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

Prize Awards: Grand Prize Winners shall receive the prize (each a “Prize”) as solely determined by the Administrator.

Grand Prize (maximum of 2,026): Each Entrant selected and confirmed as a grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) shall be eligible to receive the following prize with an ARV of $21.53:

· One (1) hat

· One (1) The Box Combo®

o The Box Combo will be awarded in the form of a Raising Cane’s^® reward card (“Reward Card”) redeemable for one (1) free THE BOX COMBO meal (“Meal”). One Meal will be loaded on the Reward Card, which is valid for one (1) year from date of issuance (“the Effective Period”), and any unused Meal will automatically expire at the close of business on the last day of the Effective Period. Redemptions of Meal may be made at any time, but can only be made during business hours, which excludes most major holidays. Each Reward Card is subject to these Official Rules and the Reward Card’s standard terms and conditions printed on the back of the Reward Card. No rainchecks or refunds offered for failure to redeem THE BOX COMBO meal during the Effective Period. ARV of one Reward Card is $12.53. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

o Reward Cards are not assignable or transferable by any means, including, without limitation, by sale, gift, seizure, or inheritance, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or Prize substitutions. Reward Cards are also subject to the terms of use indicated thereon. No substitution or cash redemption is allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. By accepting a Prize, the Winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, biographical information, together with any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings made of the Winner for advertising purposes without limitation and without additional compensation in any and all media worldwide, except if and where prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, Winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the Winner.

Maximum of one (1) Prize per person and per household. Maximum retail value of all available Prizes: $43,619.78. Prize elements requiring shipping will be shipped to the verified Grand Prize Winners (each a “Winner”) residential address submitted during registration (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Allow 8-12 weeks for Prize delivery.

Once shipped, Prize shall be considered awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by a Winner. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen delivery, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the Prize, and Prize shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate Prize or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

Regarding all prizes in this Sweepstakes: Failure to collect or properly claim any Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If forfeited for any reason, Entrant will not receive any other Prize substitution or compensation, and the Prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

General Prize Conditions: Prize must be accepted as awarded. All other costs and expenses related to Prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Winner. All income, federal, state and local taxes are the Winner’s sole responsibility. All Prize components are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or component of a Prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All Prize components are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. Failure to collect or properly claim Prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If forfeited for any reason, Winner will not receive any other substitution or compensation, and the Prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein. A properly claimed Prize will be awarded. Any unclaimed Prize or Prize component will not be awarded. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. In the event an Entrant wins a Prize and is later found to be in violation of these Official Rules, Entrant will be required to forfeit the Prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the Prize if such violation is discovered after Winner has redeemed the Prize. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render Entrants ineligible for any Prize.

By participating, Entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability thereof. Released Parties shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof by reason of any event of force majeure, including without limitation, any acts of God such as an epidemic, pandemic (including foreseeable and ongoing effects of COVID-19) any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ control.

Released Parties are not responsible for errors of any kind, whether computer, software, technical, mechanical, electronic, telephone, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or in the announcement of the Prizes or Winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Website. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select Winners from all non-suspect Entries received prior to the event leading to early termination.

Odds: The odds of being selected as a Potential Winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received during the Registration Period.

Privacy: Sponsor is committed to protecting privacy. To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must complete an official Entry with the entrant’s name, email address, mailing address and phone number. The information submitted on the Entry will be used for selecting winners and giving away Prizes. Sponsor may retain any Entry and winner selection information for recordkeeping purposes, but the information will not be used for other purposes, except as described in these Official Rules. Sponsor does not sell any personal information collected as part of this Sweepstakes. Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may entitle you to certain consumer rights regarding the processing of your personal information. In Case of Disputes: By participating, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Texas; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
