Name: Red Bull VIP Music Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).
Sweepstakes
Dates: Sweepstakes
registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/15/19 and end at 11:59:59pm ET on 10/31/19 (the “Registration Period”). The
last date to obtain or request a Red Bull Cup
is
10/31/19. The last date to redeem a
valid PIN code on the Sweepstakes registration site (see below) is 11/14/19. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable
federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the U.S., and
wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Who
may Enter:
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District
of Columbia, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid
driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons
who are not eligible to enter or win:
(a)
Employees,
officers, and directors of Red Bull
North America, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Million
Dollar Media, LLC (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”), each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated
companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and
promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design
or execution of this promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the
members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any
of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this
promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings),
children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren)
and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
How to Obtain a Red Bull Cup – Two Ways:
PIN
Code Redemption – How to redeem your PIN Code: If your Red Bull cup is printed with a winning
message along with a unique PIN Code, visit www.RedBullVIPMusic.com and follow the online instructions to
redeem your PIN Code for an instant win prize and register for the grand prize
drawing. You must complete the registration
page with all required information including your complete name, address (including city, state and zip code),
valid email address, date of birth, and phone number (including area code), along with the valid PIN Code exactly as shown
on your Red Bull cup. Each
PIN code may be redeemed a maximum of one time.
After redemption each PIN code is expired, and may not be reused. After having read and agreed to these
Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your PIN code redemption and
registration. Eligible PIN Codes must be
redeemed online by 11:59:59pm ET on 11/14/19, or PIN code is void.
Every eligible contestant who submits a
valid PIN code and completes the online registration by the redemption deadline
(11/14/19) will receive an online message confirming their instant win prize
award (see below), and will automatically
be registered for the Grand Prize Drawing (see below). Maximum
of one entry per person or per valid email address per valid PIN Code
redemption. All online entries must
be fully complete for all required information.
Any available opt-in
opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and checking the
opt-in boxes will not improve your chances of winning.
Incomplete, invalid or illegible entries
will be disqualified. Released Parties
are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete,
invalid, unintelligible, damaged, or for entries submitted in a manner that is
not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any
entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, human or
programming errors, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or
mis-entry of any required information, failures, omissions,
interruptions, deletions, or defects of any cell phone provider, network
computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, or software, including
any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating
to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; or the failure to
capture any such information or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic
equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all
of which will be disqualified.
Each
participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another
individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified
and ineligible to claim any prize. Any
attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries
allowed by re-entering a unique PIN Code, using same, multiple/different email
addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and
that participant may be disqualified. No
mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of
any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in
disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. False,
fraudulent and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of
age, shall render such entries ineligible and such participants ineligible for
any prize.
In
the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account
holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the
registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The
“authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by
an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted address. All entries received
become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
By participating and submitting an
entry, contestant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized
to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to
make contestant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to
distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special
events or future contests, promotions or offers. Contestants may opt-out of any further email
communication at any time, without affecting their entry, by simply replying
REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.
By
entering the Sweepstakes, participant affirms that s/he has read and accepted
these Official Rules. Any information
collected by registering to enter the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a
manner consistent with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
as posted on www.RedBullVIPMusic.com. All entries received become the
property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Instant
Win PIN Code Prize Award: Eligible contestants who redeem a valid
PIN Code and complete the online registration during the Registration Period will
be awarded an instant win prize award, and shall receive one entry into the
grand prize drawing (see below) for each valid PIN Code redemption. Each PIN Code will be randomly pre-assigned
to a designated instant win prize award per below. Contestants who redeem an eligible PIN code
and complete the online registration will immediately receive confirmation of
their associated instant win prize award, along with their prize claim
instructions. Available instant win PIN
code prize awards, maximum number of prize awards available, and approximate

All PIN Codes must
be redeemed by 11/14/19 to be eligible for an instant win PIN Code prize award,
and to receive an entry into the grand prize drawing. Any
unclaimed instant win PIN code prizes will not be awarded. Total maximum retail value of all instant win
prize awards: $5,400.
Participants
who redeem a valid PIN code will receive an instant win message on the contest
website, confirming their designated instant win prize award and must follow
the instructions provided and below for valid prize award redemption. Each
participant must print and or record their unique prize claim code as displayed
online. Winners of Ticketmaster Ticket Cash
code (“TM Code”) shall receive their TM Code via email as an e-code, or as otherwise
instructed by Sponsor. Winners of Red
Bull merchandise, shall receive the Sponsor designated merchandise item,
shipped to the mailing address provided at the time on online registration and
PIN Code redemption, or delivered as otherwise designated by Sponsor. Allow 4 – 8 weeks for delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for any late,
lost, delayed or undelivered shipments; or for any participant who incorrectly
entered their actual shipping address or email address during the registration
process. Each prize winner must accept
delivery of prize as outlined above, or as otherwise instructed by sponsor.
The TM Code is redeemable only on the Ticketmaster website
located at www.ticketmaster.com/ticketcash. The TM Code is a one-time use only
voucher code good toward dollars-off final ticket purchase for select events in
the United States on livenation.com or ticketmaster.com, based on availability
under this program. TM Code cannot be used toward VIP Nation®, TicketsNow® or
Major League Baseball events, or events at AEG venues or at venues not ticketed
by Ticketmaster, fan clubs, ticket packages, or shipping charges. Exclusions
may apply to TM+, Platinum, Fan-to-Fan Resale, and TicketExchange™ tickets not
sold directly by Ticketmaster. All ticket purchases are subject to the
Purchase Policy found https://www.ticketmaster.com/h/purchase.html?tm_link=help_nav_5_purchase.
TM Code must be redeemed by 11:59 PM on 3/31/20 A TM Code can be used only once. Maximum one TM Code per transaction per
denomination. TM Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate
channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied,
forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if TM Codes contain or are the result of a
printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not
contain proper security devices (an “irregular TM Code”). Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple TM
Codes and/or irregular TM Codes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses,
phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to
obtain TM Codes, as determined by Live Nation in its sole discretion, shall
give Live Nation the right to disqualify user. The TM Code has no cash value
and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. The TM Code
cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any
unused value will be forfeited. The TM Code cannot be combined with other
product offers or promotions. Items purchased with a TM Code are for personal
use or gifts only, and are not valid for resale. TM Codes cannot be used for
past purchases or offers. Use of a TM Code for unauthorized advertising,
marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The TM Code
cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and Live Nation is not responsible for any
damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. The TM Code is void where
prohibited by law. If a TM Code is used
in violation of the TM Code Terms of Use, Live Nation reserves the right to (a)
cancel any ticket order, or (b) charge user’s credit card for value of tickets
after shipment. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other
tickets or merchandise.
Instant Win Prize
Awards: The maximum number of prize awards available
during the entire Sweepstakes Period are as listed above. No more than the advertised number of prizes
will be awarded for any reason. Each
prize winner will receive online instructions for prize redemption, and will be
contacted by the Sweepstakes Administrator via email to confirm eligibility and
associated instant win prize award, and coordinate prize delivery. In the
event any scheduled prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value
at its sole discretion.
IMPORTANT: In the event of any technical or programming
errors, tampering, or any error or malfunction of any kind that results in more
than the scheduled number of participants being notified they are a prize
winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing, and the
actual scheduled number of prize winners as listed above will be randomly
selected from all participants receiving a winning prize notification or
submitting a prize claim. The maximum
number of prize awards are as listed above, regardless of the number of
participants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an
on-line prize notification.
All
of the following will apply to each potential instant win prize winner: 1)
prize winner may be required to complete and return, within 3-days of date of receipt, a
prize acceptance form including an affidavit of eligibility, and a
liability/publicity release (where permitted); 2) prize winner may be required
to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government I.D. as a condition
of receiving any prize. Winners are
responsible for paying all applicable taxes on prize(s).
Grand Prize Drawing – Winner Selection and
Notification (Maximum of one grand prize award): Every eligible entrant who redeems
a valid PIN code will receive one automatic entry into the Grand Prize drawing
for each valid PIN code and registration they have successfully completed. Participants may receive multiple entries for
the grand prize drawing – one for each valid PIN code redemption during the
Sweepstakes Period.
On
or about 11/15/19, in Woodbridge, NJ a random drawing shall
be conducted from among all eligible entries received to select a total of one
(1) potential grand prize winner (see
grand prize award description below).
Decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator in the selection and
determination of grand prize winner and all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.
The
selected potential grand prize winner will be notified initially by phone
and/or email beginning on or about 11/15/19. If the Sweepstakes Administrator is
unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with the selected
potential grand prize winner by phone after 3 attempts within a 48-hour period from
the initial attempt to the phone number listed on that participant’s entry,
then that participant may be disqualified, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an
alternate potential grand prize winner may be randomly selected from among the
remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined
above. Messages will not be left for the selected potential grand prize winner
in the phone call notification process.
During the grand
prize winner notification phone call, the potential winner must confirm his/her
eligibility, and indicate his/her willingness to accept the grand prize (see below). If the selected potential grand prize winner
does not meet the eligibility requirements, is unable or
unwilling to accept the prize, or
elects to decline the prize, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s
discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential grand prize winner will
be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as
per the procedures outlined above. Any
disqualified participant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or
compensation.
All
of the following will apply to the potential grand prize winner: 1) winner will
be required to complete and return, within 3-days
of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form including an affidavit of
eligibility, and a liability/publicity release (signed by winner and travel
guest, where permitted); and a W-9 form; 2) prize winner will be required to
present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government I.D. as a condition of
receiving any prize. Grand Prize Winner
will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the grand prize award and is
responsible for paying all applicable taxes on prize.
Failure
to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these Official Rules
will result in forfeiture of the prize.
If forfeited for any reason, the grand prize winner will not receive any
other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the
property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.
NOTE: In the event the grand prize winner is
considered a minor in his/her state/province of residence, the prize(s) shall
be awarded to the prize winner’s legal parent or guardian, and the legal parent
or guardian shall be required to complete all necessary paperwork on behalf of
the grand prize winner, and accept delivery of the prize on behalf of the prize
winner.
Grand Prize Award – Maximum 1 prize
award available: A maximum of one (1) grand prize shall
be awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes as outlined below. The eligible entrant designated by Sponsor as
grand prize winner shall receive a VIP Concert trip to an available 2020
concert of their choice at a participating Live Nation concert venue located
within the United States. Available
concerts, concert dates and concert venue locations shall be as solely
designated and determined by Sponsor.
The grand prize VIP Concert trip includes:

Two
(2) reserved tickets and two (2) VIP
passes, where applicable, depending on the concert selected to a select 2020 Live Nation produced and promoted concert
at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States. Tickets and VIP passes are subject to program availability,
venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert
are not guaranteed. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live
Nation’s discretion. Winner and guest(s) must abide by all venue policies.
Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner
or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole
discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or
law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Winner
must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the prize.
Concert must be redeemed by December 30, 2020. Available concerts for selection
by winner shall be limited to 2020 concerts, concert dates and Live Nation
concert venues located within the U.S. as solely determined and designated by
Sponsor. Concert selection shall be
restricted to a 1-day, non-festival concert event (festivals and multi-day concert events are excluded).

Round
trip coach class airfare for two (winner and guest, age 18 or older) from the
nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by sponsor to Sponsor
designated airport servicing the selected concert destination city). Actual departure date, times and airline
based upon availability and will be solely determined by sponsor;
·
Two
(2)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel as solely
determined and designated by Sponsor in the selected concert destination city metro
area; Designated hotel and location, as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon
availability;
Approximate retail value (ARV)
of grand prize VIP Concert trip not to exceed $2,500. Winner and guest must have valid government
issued photo identification in order to travel. Travel
dates must be completed by December 30, 2020, or prize award will be forfeit
and no substitute prize or compensation will be provided. All travel must be booked a minimum of
45-days in advance of travel dates. No
alcoholic beverage is part of grand prize award.
All
other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, redemption and use not
specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner and
guest, including but not limited to ground transportation, airport parking,
travel or departure taxes, baggage check fees, airline seat assignment fees,
hotel resort fees, meals, gratuities, any incidental expenses, and all
applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal
taxes). Each winner and guest are solely
responsible for all travel costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport
to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and
terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in
writing. Sponsor not responsible for
late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage.
Grand
Prize winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of
residence (and at least 18) and will be required to execute and return a
liability/publicity release prior to prize award. It is recommended that each winner and guest
obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Winner and guest hereby release Sponsor from
any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary travel identification,
birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel or entry
requirements (“Personal Documents”).
Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or
stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other
documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel
Documents have been provided to winner and guest.
Sponsor is not
responsible for any flight cancellations, travel delays or difficulty. If travel delays or difficulty prevent
arrival in time for any and all elements of trip, Sponsor is not responsible
for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof.
Winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same
itinerary. Any changes to completed
travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner,
and are solely at the winner’s expense.
Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination
and any airfare fluctuations. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated
maximum value of grand prize when prize is procured and fulfilled, then the
difference will not be awarded to the winner.
Actual travel dates shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor, based
upon availability.
General Prize Conditions: All income,
federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no
cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole
discretion or as provided herein.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable
or greater value, at its sole discretion. All
prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by
Sponsor. Failure to collect or properly
claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the
prize. All
properly claimed prizes will be awarded.
Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Additional Rules &
Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to
abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor
and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this
Sweepstakes. In the event an entrant
wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will
be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value
of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize.
Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its
designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or
likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or
hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further
compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or
acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
By participating,
entrants agree to hold all Released Parties and Live Nation harmless from any
claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or
consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses
or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this
Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or
participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel
or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.
Released
Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply
the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions,
regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure,
terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or
strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or
any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.
Participants
are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone
equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all
liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry
due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts
beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability
for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors.
The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or
failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic
transmission, or other delivery method.
Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical,
electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors,
malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or
delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines,
the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which
may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and
any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile
phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any
information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for any
other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing,
human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes,
including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the
printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the
Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the
announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the
right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the Sweepstakes website.
Sponsor
reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud,
misconduct or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of this
portion of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a
computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration,
security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by
Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early
termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine grand
prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries
received as of the time/date of such termination.
IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By
participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and
causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any
prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of
class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or
state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments,
and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will entrant be
entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no
circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby
waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages,
and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any
and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues
and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of
entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by,
and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without
giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions
(whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would
cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New
Jersey.
Odds: Odds
of receiving a winning message and unique PIN Code on your Red Bull Cup
redeemable for an instant win prize are 1:100.
Odds of winning the grand prize winner, once you have received a winning
Red Bull cup with a valid PIN Code and completed registration, are dependent
upon the total number of eligible PIN Codes redeemed during the registration
period, but no greater than 1:360.
