Sweepstakes Name:  Rémy V My Vibe Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

 

Sponsor:  The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Rémy Cointreau USA, Inc., with an address of 3 Times Square, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10036 (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor").

 

Administrator: Million Dollar Media, P.O. Box 278, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator”).

 

Sweepstakes Dates: Sweepstakes registration begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59pm ET (the “Registration Period”).  The Sweepstakes consists of series of seven (7) first prize drawings (each a “First Prize Drawing) and one (1) grand prize drawing (the “Grand Prize Drawing”) (see details below).  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void outside of the (50) U.S. and District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

 

Eligibility – Who May Enter:  Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

(a)   Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, and each of the foregoing’s respective franchisees, owners, employees, contractors, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion, or any employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders or agents of any alcohol-beverage retailers, distributors, wholesalers or manufacturers (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

 

How to Enter – Internet Entry: To enter, scan the QR Code on applicable point of sale materials using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit www.mdmgames.com/RemyV during the Registration Period.  Follow the online entry instructions provided to complete the online registration page with all required information including your name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), date of birth and full address of residence.  After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry.  All entries must be fully complete with all required information and must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on September 30, 2026 to be eligible.    

 

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning.  By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future sweepstakes, contests, promotions or offers.  Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.  The information that you provide via interactive media in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor, Marketing Affiliates, and Related Entities in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is found at www.remy-cointreau.com/en/privacy-policy and which may be updated from time to time without notice.

 

Maximum of one entry per person, regardless of entry method.  Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.  Any entry submitted with an invalid email address or other inaccurate, incomplete, invalid or incorrect information will be disqualified.  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

 

Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf.  Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.  No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.  All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

 

In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules.  The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

 

By registering to enter Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Sweepstakes.

 

Winner Selection and Notification (1 grand prize winner and 70 first prize winners): Sponsor shall conduct a series of prize drawings to be held on or about 4/1/2026, 5/1/2026, 6/1/2026, 7/1/2026, 8/1/2026, 9/1/2026, and 10/1/2026 to randomly select a maximum combined total of one (1) potential grand prize winner and seventy (70) potential first prize winners according to the table below.

NOTE:  There is a maximum of one prize award per person or household during the entire Sweepstakes period.  If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available for any prize drawing, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.

 

Potential winners will be notified initially by phone and/or email following their selection.  If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential prize winner by phone within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number and/or email address associated with that entrant’s entry, then that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). 

 

During winner notification, each selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the associated prize award, as designated by Administrator. Each potential winner will then receive official notification via mail or email delivery, including prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned (see below).  If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize, or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents as instructed within the required deadline, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above.  Any disqualified contestant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.

 

All of the following will apply to each potential prize winner: 1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within 3-days of date of receipt (or as otherwise specified by Administrator), a prize acceptance form including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (publicity release where permitted), and a W-9 form (for prize values greater than $2,000);  2) Winner may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and a valid driver’s license as a condition of receiving any prize;  and 3) Winner is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded, and prize winner shall be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize award.

 

Decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator in the selection and determination of prize winners and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. 

 

Prize Awards

 

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 winner): The grand prize winner shall receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age twenty-one (21) or older) to Miami Beach, Florida.  Travel must occur within eight (8) months of prize acceptance during dates as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.  Travel must be booked a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to initial date of travel.  The grand prize trip has a maximum retail value not to exceed $4,700, and includes:

 

All ground transportation, airport/hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, travel or departure taxes, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the grand prize award are the sole responsibility of winner. 

 

Grand Prize winner and guest shall be subject to any qualifying conditions prior to and during travel including any local government regulations in the departure or destination location, airline and/or hotel requirements, or any regulation related to COVID-19 testing requirements, vaccination status or policy.  Any testing requirements, vaccination and/or any related quarantine requirements and expenses are the sole responsibility of, and at the sole expense of winner and guest. 

 

Travel dates are based upon availability and must be completed within eight (8) months of prize acceptance or grand prize award may be forfeited and no further compensation awarded.  Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delay, flight delays, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation, or travel difficulty related to prize award, redemption or use, for any reason including but not limited to weather, pandemic, an Act of God, Force Majeure, government regulation or restriction, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage, or any other reason. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of such prize award, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof.  No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor in the event of any travel delay, rescheduling, postponement, or cancellation for any reason, and winner shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the airline ticket and hotel policy, and shall solely look to the airline ticket and hotel provider.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. 

 

In the event travel arrangements are unable to be booked due to a Force Majeure Event, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the deadline for travel or to award the winner an alternate prize award of approximate equal value, in lieu of the trip and such alternate prize shall be the full and final Grand Prize award.

 

The winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary.  Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense.  Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, and any airfare fluctuations.  If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV of the prize award when it is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner.  The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing. 

 

Grand Prize winner and guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 21) and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award.  It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.  Winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”).  Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to winner and travel companion. 

 

Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable airline, hotel provider, and any other travel provider (collectively “Travel Providers”) rules, requirements and regulations in connection with the prize award, redemption and use. Sponsor and Travel Providers reserve the right to remove or deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest who do not comply with any rule, requirement, instruction, policy, or who engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.  Winner and guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior while traveling and must follow the instructions and direction from Travel Providers or associated staff or security.  If winner or guest violates the standards of any Travel Provider, or behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any rule, regulation or policy of any Travel Provider, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected or denied travel, and shall immediately forfeit the remaining prize award.

 

First Prize Awards (maximum 70 winners):  Each first prize winner shall receive one (1) Rémy V summer accessory item (i.e. hat, glassware, tote bag, etc.) as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.  Each first prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $20.

 

All merchandise items (and gift card for grand prize winner) are awarded ‘as is’ without warranty, express or implied.  Prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.  Prize shall be sent or shipped only to the designated winner email address or residential address as submitted during initial online registration and/or as provided during winner notification, via the carrier as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor.  Allow 8 – 12 weeks for prize delivery.

 

Once emailed or shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address provided by winner during registration or prize claim.  In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation.  Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

 

General Prize Conditions:  No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award.  All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner.  All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.  All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.  All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor.  Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, participant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.  All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.  Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  TOTAL ARV OF ALL AVAILABLE PRIZES: $6,100.

 

Additional Rules & Restrictions:  By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor, the Released Parties and their designees to use entrants’ names, likenesses, images, biographical information, and cities and states of residence for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.  False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.

 

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.

 

Participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitute each winner’s permission for Sponsor or its agents to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and/or any statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for purposes of trade, publicity, or promotion without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, social media, advertising, POS, public relations, for all perpetuity worldwide. By participating and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners acknowledge and agree that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or Twitter and agree to release and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and Twitter, Sponsor, Sponsor’s advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, including, but not limited to, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.

 

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any Force Majeure Event.  The term “Force Majeure Event” as used herein shall mean, without limitation, the following:  acts of God; strikes, lockouts or other labor or industrial disturbances; acts of public enemies; war; cyber-attack; orders or restraints of any kind from any governmental, civil or military authority or from any of its departments, agencies or officials (except when such governmental action results from a party’s failure or refusal to comply with any applicable law, rule, or regulation); insurrections; riots; power failure or surges; landslides; earthquakes; fires; storms; lightning; droughts; floods; explosions; pest damage; viruses; plagues; diseases; epidemics; pandemics; acts or omissions of communications or other carriers; and any other cause or event not reasonably within the control of the Released Parties.

 

Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method.  Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Sweepstakes, administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation of the game, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Sweepstakes for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling,  fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures, or human or programming errors, destroy or threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

 

LIMIT OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS:  ALL ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE Sponsors, THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AGENCIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES OR INJURIES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM ENTRANTS PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE DRAWING, THE USE OF THE PRIZE, ANY DELAYED, LOST, MISDIRECTED, OR DAMAGED ENTRIES, OR ANY COMPUTER, ONLINE SERVICE, COMMUNICATIONS OR OTHER TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR.

 

ALL ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE Sponsors, THEIR PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AGENCIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY NATURE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REGARDING THE PRIZES, WHETHER WITH RESPECT TO FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, DESCRIPTION OR NATURE OF THE PRIZE OR OTHERWISE. ALL ENTRANTS, BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE RULES.

 

IN CASE OF DISPUTES:  Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Sponsors reserve the right to take such action as it deems necessary to enforce these Official Rules and ensure the fair operation of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation barring entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the appropriate federal, state and local courts located in New York for any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

 

Odds:  Odds of being selected as a winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received as of the date and time of each prize drawing.
