THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (“U.S.”) AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”), AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Promotion Name: Deschutes Brewery Rock the Squeeze Instant Win Promotion (the “Promotion”).

Promotion Dates: This Promotion consists of an online digital Instant Win game and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing. Registration for the Promotion begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/1/2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 6/30/2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside of the (50) U.S. and D.C., and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

Who may Enter: Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

(a) Employees, officers, and directors of Deschutes Brewery (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (the “Promotion Administrator”), each of their respective franchisees, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, contractors, distributors or wholesalers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion, or any employees, officers, directors, members, shareholders or agents of any alcohol-beverage retailers, distributors, wholesalers or manufacturers (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

How to Enter – Online Registration: To enter, scan the QR Code on the applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit www.DeschutesBrewery.com/pages/rockthesqueeze2025 during the “Promotion Period” and follow the on-screen entry instructions to participate in the Instant Win game and be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing. Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, mobile phone number (including area code), address of residence, and date of birth. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry. All online entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 8/31/2025 to be eligible.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry Methods – Two (2) Ways:

1.) Online Registration: by completing the online registration as outlined above, each eligible entrant shall receive one (1) entry to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

a. Bonus Entry (1): each eligible entrant who completes the online registration form and opts-in to join Sponsor’s email newsletter database shall receive one (1) bonus entry to the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

2.) Instagram Comment: To enter via Instagram by making a comment from your own Instagram account, access the Instagram application on your compatible mobile device. During the Promotion Period, follow @deschutesbrewery to verify you are 21 years of age or older, find an applicable post about the Promotion, and comment #RockTheSqueeze and #DeschutesGiveaway on the post. You must create your comment through your own social media account. To enter in this method, you must be an active holder of an Instagram account. If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device for free. Instagram’s Terms of Use apply. Instagram and Meta are not a Sponsor or in any way affiliated with this Promotion. Submitted posts will appear on the social media platform used to enter under the associated hashtag. If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates will apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. All entries via Instagram Comment must be received by 11:59:59pm ET on 6/30/2025. Only one (1) comment per person will be eligible for an entry into the Promotion, regardless of the number of social media accounts the entrant may have, or comments the entrant may make.

Limit of one online registration per person and per valid email address during the entire Promotion Period, but once registered, eligible entrants may participate in the instant win game up to one time per day during the Promotion Period (see below). Your registered email address may be used to login for each return visit to participate in the instant win game. Maximum of two (2) entries per person into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes, one (1) per entry method, except as outlined above regarding the opportunity to receive one (1) additional Bonus Entry.

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Promotion, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning. By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone, direct message, or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Any entry submitted with an invalid email address or other inaccurate, incomplete, false or incorrect information will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

Each entrant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

By registering to enter the Promotion, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Promotion Rules. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Promotion.

General Submission Requirements:

(a) Each entry must be submitted in a format as accepted by Instagram, and must be the entrant’s own original creation and not previously submitted in the Sweepstakes; and,

(b) Any entry that is not properly submitted or received for any reason, including any technical difficulties, upload failures, failures to save or properly store the entry and/or submitted comment, busy signals, efforts of hackers or any lost or disconnected Internet connections, will be disqualified.

Additional Submission Requirements: Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any entry and/or submission for any reason that it considers to not be appropriate for the Sweepstakes. Entry submission restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following requirements:

· may not include, depict or reference any individual under the age of twenty-one (21), or that appears to be under the age of twenty-one (21);

· not be, or ever have been, previously submitted in the Sweepstakes;

· except as relates to the Sponsor’s brand(s) or approved partners, not include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by entrant or material that is used without permission (including, but not limited to, company names, photographs, works of art or images published on any media) or that otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any third-party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, logos, contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights (i.e., “droit moral”) or any other intellectual property rights);

· not feature, display, refer to, or mention any companies or brands in competition with Sponsor;

· not include any unauthorized photos, images, comments or plagiarism of any kind;

· not depict or promote excessive or underage drinking, drugs, tobacco or firearms;

· not contain or reference nudity, inappropriate, indecent, sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content or images (which shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion);

· not contain any political or politically themed or motivated messages, comments, statements or images;

· not defame, slander, libel, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks or any other content that could adversely affect the name, reputation or goodwill of the Released Parties or any other individuals and/or entities affiliated or associated with Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any prizes, the determination of which shall remain in the sole discretion of Sponsor;

· not depict or include any comments, descriptions or images that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, religiously, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any manner as solely determined by Sponsor;

· not be subject to any third-party agreement or require payment or incurrence of any sums to obtain further permissions of any person or entity as a result of its use or exploitation of the comment(s), photo, idea or rights therein or portions, or modified versions or derivative works thereof;

· not include any name, likeness, description, photograph or any other identifying element, in whole or in part, of any person, living or dead, without permission;

· not depict or describe the mistreatment or abuse of animals; and,

· not depict or describe misuse or irresponsible use of Sponsor’s products or any other similar product;

· not depict over consumption or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.

Representation and Release of Rights to Grand Prize Sweepstakes Entry and/or Submission: By submitting any entry, each entrant represents that s/he has sole and exclusive ownership and proprietary rights of all content submitted; has full permission of all parties within any comment, photo or video to publish and release their images and actions shown within the photo or video; and agrees that each entry and/or submission becomes the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor, and Sponsor may publish, display, promote or utilize the submission, content and/or photo or video in any manner of its choosing in relation to the promotion or advertising of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor. Entry into the Sweepstakes and upload of any entry, comment and/or photo constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use that entrant’s entry, comment, photo, video, name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof from any entrant, at any time, in a form acceptable to Sponsor, of any permission required or possibly required to use such entrant’s entry in the Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof, if requested, may disqualify such entry from the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers or attempts to tamper with or abuse the entry process or the Sweepstakes website in any way or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor or the Sweepstakes judges appointed by Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the authorized account holder shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Instant Win Game – How to Play: After completing the online registration page (first time visitors) or logging in with your registered email address (for return visitors), visit the game play page on the Promotion website. Follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game.

After playing the on-screen instant win game, the website will determine if the participant is a potential instant win prize winner, and the participant shall receive an online message verifying if they are a potential winner. If they are not determined as an instant win prize winner, they will receive a non-winning message. If the participant is determined as a potential instant win prize winner, they will receive a winner confirmation message AND an associated unique prize claim code on their results page. If the participant does not receive the winner confirmation message and a valid unique prize claim code for any reason, or receives the non-winning results message, then that participant will not be a prize winner for that game play attempt.

Eligible participants may return to the Promotion Website to play the online Instant Win game up to one (1) time per day each day during the Promotion Period. Each ‘day’ shall be defined as occurring between 12:00:00 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET, and the Administrator’s time clock shall be the sole determinant of the eligible time period. For a chance to be eligible to win an available instant win prize (see below), game play attempts must occur before 11:59:59pm ET on 6/30/2025.

Instant Win prize winners will be randomly determined throughout the Promotion Period. A maximum total of twelve (12) Instant Win prize winners will be randomly determined during the entire Promotion Period, based upon randomly selected and predetermined winning dates and times. The first eligible participant who participates at or following a scheduled winning date and time, shall receive a winning prize message and unique prize claim code, and shall be eligible to claim the prize award for that attempt (see below).

Maximum of one (1) instant win prize award per person, email address or household during the Promotion Period. After receiving a winning Instant Win prize message or being determined as an eligible Instant Win prize winner, participants may not be re-awarded another Instant Win prize during the Promotion Period to the same individual, email or household. Instant Win prize winners are not eligible to win the Grand Prize Sweepstakes award.

Claiming a prize award: Eligible participants receiving an online instant winner confirmation message must print or record their unique prize claim code and must follow the online instructions provided. Eligible prize winners may be required to complete and return a prize claim form within two to four (2-4) weeks from their online notification of being randomly determined as a potential prize winner.

Instant Win Prize Award and Delivery: The available instant win prize awards, number of prizes available and actual retail value (“ARV”) of each available prize are as follows:

Each eligible entrant designated as an instant win prize winner shall receive a winning prize message and associated prize claim code that will denote the prize that has been awarded.

Total ARV of all available instant win prize awards: $1,500.

Instant Win Prize Awards: The maximum number of instant win prize awards available during the entire Promotion Period are as listed above. No more than the advertised number of instant win prizes will be awarded for any reason. Each instant win prize winner will receive online instructions for prize redemption, and/or may be contacted by the Promotion Administrator to confirm or coordinate prize delivery. In the event any scheduled instant win prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Instant Win prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Prize shall be emailed, delivered, or shipped to the designated winner email, mobile number, or residential address as provided at the time of entry and/or winner notification via the method as designated by Sponsor. In the event of shipment delivery, carrier will be as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Allow approximately 12 – 14 weeks for delivery. Once shipped, emailed or delivered digitally, prize shall be considered awarded, delivered and fulfilled, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any prize shipment that is lost, late, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, misdelivered, damaged or stolen, or any incorrect shipping address provided by winner. In the event of any delivery issues, prize award shall not be replaced or substituted with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential instant win prize winner via email for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided by entrant, junk/spam folder delivery, blocked delivery or failure by any potential winner to check their email) and/or speak directly with a potential instant win prize winner within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to email address or phone number associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified. Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

All of the following will apply to each potential instant win prize winner: 1) instant win prize winner will be required to complete and return, within 3-days of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release (where permitted); 2) prize winner may be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government I.D. and confirm their residential delivery address as a condition of receiving any prize; 3) Winners are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on prize(s).

Once shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

IMPORTANT: In the event of any technical or programming errors, tampering, or any error or malfunction of any kind that results in more than the scheduled number of participants being notified they are an instant prize winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing, and the actual scheduled number of instant prize winners as listed above will be randomly selected from all participants receiving an instant win prize notification or submitting an instant winning prize claim. The maximum number of instant win prize awards are as listed above, regardless of the number of participants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an instant win online prize notification.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner Selection and Notification (maximum 1 grand prize winner): On or about 4/1/2025, one (1) potential grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Registration Period. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.

The potential winner will be notified initially by phone and/or email following their selection. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential prize winner by phone within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number and/or email address associated with that entrant’s entry, then that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting).

Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

During winner notification, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the prize. The potential winner will then receive official notification via email delivery, including prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned per the provided instructions and as outlined below. If any selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents within the required time frame, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation. Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of the winners and all matters relating to this Promotion are final and binding.

All of the following will apply to each potential winner: 1) winner will be required to complete and return, within 48-hours of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted) and a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600) in order to be eligible to claim the prize; 2) winner may be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with valid residential address and a copy of a valid social security card as a condition of receiving the prize, and (3) winner shall be solely responding for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) that may be or become due in connection with their respective prize award, and winner shall be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize award.

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner will receive a 4-day, 3-night trip for two (2) for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) to Bend, OR with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) not to exceed $4,080 and shall include:

Round trip coach class airfare for two (winner and one guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated major airport servicing the Bend, OR area;

Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;
If winner resides within 250 miles of the greater Bend, OR metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to award a $500 Sponsor-designated gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Gift card shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy;

Three (3)-nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in the Bend, OR metro area (based upon availability);

Arrival and departure dates as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability;

Two (2) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to a Sponsor-designated concert in Bend, OR;

Concert event date and time as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability;

One (1) meal and brewery tour for winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) of the Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR:

Date and time as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability;

One (1) $100 gift card to the Deschutes Brewery gift shop;
One (1) $350 Sponsor-designated gift card.

Gift cards shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy, including any expiration. Please allow 8-12 weeks for gift card delivery either by mail or electronic delivery.

Grand prize winner and guest must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award. All ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage. It is recommended that winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. The winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”). Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to each winner and travel companion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight delays or cancellations or travel difficulty related to prize award, redemption or use. If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip or prize award, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Each winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense. Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination, and any airfare fluctuations. If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV of the prize award when it is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner. The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing.

Winner and guest shall be subject to any qualifying conditions prior to and during travel, including any local, state or federal government regulations in the departure or destination location, airline and/or hotel requirements, or event requirements including any regulation or policy related to COVID-19 testing requirements or vaccination status. Any testing requirements, vaccination and/or any related quarantine requirements and expenses are the sole responsibility of, and at the sole expense of winner and guest. Winner and guest are subject to vaccination requirement and policy, and if unable or unwilling to comply with requirements, then all related prize award elements for which they fail to meet shall be forfeit.

No other costs or expenses are included with prize award, including any associated or required transportation, accommodations, parking costs, meals or incidental expenses. Prize winner must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor via email or digital/mobile delivery, will call or box office, or via physical gift card via shipment delivery. In the event of any mobile or digital ticket delivery, winner is solely responsible for any required software application required to download, accept transfer, access or redeem mobile or digital ticket delivery. Each ticket and admittance to event is subject to the terms and conditions and policy and procedures and rules of conduct of the event and hosting venue, including any COVID-19 testing and/or vaccination requirements. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable event and hosting venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor, event and hosting venue reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who do not comply with any requirement policies including COVID-19 testing and/or vaccination policies, engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the event.

The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as a prize will govern in the event of any delay, cancellation, postponed, rescheduling or attendance restriction due weather, pandemic, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, Force Majeure, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Sponsor will not be responsible for event date delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation for any reason. No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor in the event of any event rescheduling, postponement or cancellation for any reason.

The winner and guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior while in attendance at the event, and must follow the instructions of Sponsor, any policy of the venue/event and directions from any associated staff or security. If winner or his/her guest violates the standards of the venue/event, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any policy of the venue or event, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected from the venue and event, and shall immediately forfeit the prize award.

Grand prize winner must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor via email or digital/mobile delivery, or via physical gift card via shipment delivery. Prize shall be emailed, delivered, or shipped to the designated winner email, mobile number, or residential address as provided at the time of entry and/or winner notification via the method as designated by Sponsor. In the event of shipment delivery, carrier will be as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. Once shipped, emailed or delivered digitally, prize shall be considered awarded, delivered and fulfilled, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for any prize shipment that is lost, late, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, misdelivered, damaged or stolen, or any incorrect shipping address provided by winner. In the event of any delivery issues, prize award shall not be replaced or substituted with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

General Prize Conditions: No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner. All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. TOTAL ARV OF ALL AVAILABLE PRIZE AWARDS: $5,580.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor.

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, pandemics, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control.

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion, the cancellation of the Promotion, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion website.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Promotion for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling, fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Odds: Odds of winning an instant win prize award are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. Odds of winning the grand prize award are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received from all entry methods and bonus entries combined.
