AND CONDITIONS (“Offer”): Offer NOT valid for residents of AL,

You must be 21 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident of a
state not listed above to be eligible to participate in this offer. Eligible receipts
must be dated between 1/1/26 – 12/31/26, and submitted
by 1/3/27. To receive a rebate through this offer from
an eligible off-premise purchase (i.e. liquor store, grocery store,
convenience store), you must purchase a minimum of one (1) 19.2oz. can of any
eligible Stone Brewing beer to receive $1 back; or, two (2) 19.2oz. cans of any
eligible Stone Brewing beer to receive $3 back. Eligible Stone Brewing
beers are: Stone Buenaveza
Lager, Stone IPA Variety Pack, Stone IPA, Stone Delicious IPA, Stone Delicious
Double IPA, Stone Delicious Hazy IPA, Stone ///Fear.Movie.Lions Hazy Double IPA, or Stone Pilsner. Offer available while supplies last. Any receipt that does not show an eligible Stone
Brewing beer itemized purchase or purchases made outside of valid receipt dates
are not eligible for this offer. You may not submit multiple receipts to
obtain a higher rebate amount. Offer not
redeemable in store. To redeem, scan the QR Code on applicable point of
sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit the site at www.StoneTallOffer.com. Follow the online instructions to upload
your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each entrant must complete and submit all
required information including upload of a valid and legible receipt. Each
receipt is subject to verification and approval. Illegible, duplicate or
invalid receipts, or receipts that do not properly display required information
(itemized eligible Stone Brewing beer purchase, date of purchase, location
of purchase), will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or
processed. Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in submission or
failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason and reserves the right
to reject any receipt submission that it determines in its sole discretion is
not in compliance with these Offer Terms and Conditions. Offer may not be
combined with any other offer and excludes tax. CA and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the
amount of the retail purchase price of the beer (excl. sales tax), up to
a maximum rebate of $3. MD, NH
and VA residents are eligible for a rebate of 50% of the retail purchase
price (excl. sales tax), up to a maximum rebate of $3. NOTE: Maximum of two
(2) offer redemptions per individual, household, or email address. Maximum of one (1) eligible receipt during
entire offer. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the
same individual or household in one submission will not be honored or
processed. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another
individual. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliated advertising
and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage suppliers, wholesalers and
retail licensees, and members of their immediate families are not eligible for
participation in this offer. Once
verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the PayPal
account based upon the registered email address provided, the Venmo account
