OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Rebate offer NOT
valid for residents of HI, IN, LA, NC, TX, or UT, except for purchases made on
U.S. Military Bases. You must be 21
years of age or older and a resident of a state not listed above to be
eligible to participate in this offer; or, a U.S. resident that makes an
eligible purchase on a U.S. Military Base. Amount of rebate may vary due to legal
constraints. Valid
receipts must be dated between 1/1/2026 – 7/6/2026, and submitted by 7/9/2026. To receive up
to a $29 rebate through this offer, you must purchase a minimum of one (1)
eligible Maru-Hi sparkling canned cocktail from a participating off-premise retailer
(i.e. Grocery or Liquor Store) or on-premise retailer (i.e. Bar or
Restaurant). Eligible Maru-Hi
products include: 12oz. can, 24oz. can, 6-pack of 12oz. cans, and 12-pack of
12oz. cans. Purchase of eligible item(s)
must be made in a single transaction on a single receipt. Amount of rebate shall equal a maximum of $1
less than the purchase price, excluding sales tax, up to a maximum of $29. NOTE: you may
NOT combine or submit multiple receipts for a higher rebate amount,
regardless of offer you are redeeming. Purchases
made in multiple transactions, outside of valid receipt dates or that do not
itemize and display required product purchase are not eligible for this offer.
Offer not redeemable in store. To redeem, scan the QR Code or
directly visit www.TryMaruHi.com, and follow the online instructions to upload
your valid receipt and submit other required information. Each
entrant must complete and submit all required information including upload of a
valid and legible receipt. Each receipt is subject to verification
and approval. Illegible, duplicate or invalid receipts, or
receipts that do not properly display required information (location of
purchase, date of purchase, eligible purchase, purchase amount, etc.),
will not be eligible, honored, recognized, responded to or
processed. Sponsor is not responsible for any difficulty in
submission or failed or delayed transmission of receipt for any reason,
and reserves the right to reject any receipt submission that it determines
in its sole discretion is not in compliance with these Offer Terms and
Conditions. Offer available while supplies last, may not be combined
with any other offer, and excludes tax. Employees of Sponsor, its
affiliated advertising and promotional agencies, licensed alcohol beverage
suppliers, wholesalers and retail licensees, and members of their immediate
families are not eligible for participation in this offer. Rebate
amount may not exceed purchase price, and amount of rebate shall be calculated
based on the eligible purchases on the submitted receipt, not including sales
tax or any required bottle/can deposits. CA
and IL residents are eligible for a rebate of $1 less than the amount of the
retail purchase price of the eligible product(s), up to a maximum rebate of $29,
as outlined above (excl. sales tax and CA CRV / bottle deposit). MD, NH, and VA residents are
eligible for a maximum rebate equal to 50% of the amount of the retail purchase
prize of the eligible product(s), up to a maximum rebate of $29, as outlined
above (excl. sales tax and deposit).
NOTE: maximum of
one rebate offer per individual, household, email address or eligible receipt
during entire rebate offer period, regardless of offer
redeemed. Duplicate receipts or multiple receipts submitted by the
same individual or household will not be honored, processed or
responded to. You may not submit a receipt on behalf of another
individual. Once
verified and approved, eligible rebates will only be issued to the PayPal
account based upon the registered email address provided, the Venmo account
based upon the registered mobile phone number provided, or as otherwise
designated by Sponsor. Allow up to eight (8) weeks for
