THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID ONLY IN ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, NEW MEXICO, OKLAHOMA, AND TEXAS, AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW) WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. Sweepstakes Name: Teremana Tequila x Texas Rangers Gameday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”).

Registration Dates: Sweepstakes registration is scheduled to begin at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 3/1/2025, and end at 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/12/2025 (the “Registration Period”). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the states of AR, LA, NM, OK, and TX, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Who may Enter: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of AR, LA, NM, OK, and TX, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID (“Qualified Persons”), except the following persons who are not eligible to enter or win:

(a) Employees, officers, and directors of Siete Bucks Spirits LLC (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (the “Administrator”), any alcoholic beverage retailer, Rangers Baseball LLC (the “Rangers”), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of the foregoing’s respective franchisees, owners, employees, contractors, parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family” members includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (including, without limitation, the Rangers, the “Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

How to Enter: During the Registration Period, visit www.teremana.com/pages/txrangers and follow the online entry instructions provided to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information, including his/her name, valid email address, phone, date of birth and state of residence. After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry (“Online Entry”). All online entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59:59 pm ET on 9/12/2025 to be eligible. Although it is free to enter, standard message and data charges may be incurred if you use a mobile device to enter.

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Sweepstakes, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning. By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that Sponsor and any other Sweepstakes Entities are authorized to contact entrant via email, phone call, mail or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Sweepstakes, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers. Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

Maximum of one (1) Online Entry per person during the Registration Period. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of such entries will be disqualified.

Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address, name or mobile number will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different mobile numbers, identities, or any other methods voids that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically-reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate in the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute as to any email registration, the authorized email account holder of the email address used to register to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules.

Winner Selection & Notification. A series of prize drawings will be held on or about 4/18/2025, 5/16/2025, 6/20/2025, 7/25/2025, and 9/13/2025 to select no more than one (1) potential winner per drawing date from all eligible entries received as of the date and time of each prize drawing, for a maximum total of five (5) potential winners from all prize drawings combined (see table below).

If the number of eligible entries is less than the scheduled number of prizes available for any drawing date, then the associated prize award shall not be awarded for that prize drawing. There is a maximum of one (1) prize award per person/e-mail/ household during the Sweepstakes.

Each eligible entrant whose entry is randomly selected shall be designated as a potential prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules. Only the entrant whose entry is randomly selected shall be eligible to claim the prize award. All other entries and submissions received will be disqualified.

Potential prize winners will be notified initially by phone and/or email notification following their selection and determination as a potential prize winner. Potential winners must follow the provided instructions to verify eligibility and claim the prize. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach the selected potential prize winner or winner fails to respond as instructed within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, then that entrant may be disqualified, and an alternate potential prize winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). NOTE: messages will not be left during notification attempts by phone.

During winner notification, selected potential winners must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the prize. Each potential winner will then receive official notification via email delivery, including prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned per the provided instructions and as outlined below. If any selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents within the required time frame (48-hours), s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above. Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.

Decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator in the selection and determination of prize winners, associated prize assignments and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding. Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, winner will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

All of the following will apply to each prize winner: 1) Winner will be required to complete and return, within 48-hours of receipt and in a manner as instructed by the Administrator, a prize acceptance form, a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600), an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability/publicity release (where permitted) signed by the winner; 2) Winner may be required to present a copy of a valid social security card and will be required to provide a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID as a condition of participating or receiving any prize; and 3) Winner will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize award and is responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.

Prize Awards (maximum 5 winners): Each eligible entrant designated as a prize winner shall receive a Texas Rangers gameday prize pack for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) with an approximate retail value of $1,000.00 per prize, and shall include:

· Two (2) VIP tickets to a Sponsor designated 2025 Rangers regular season home game (the “Game”) for the winner and one (1) guest;

o Ticket type, seating location, Game date, and time are solely determined and designated by the Rangers, subject to availability.

· Two (2) admission passes to pre-game batting practice viewing prior to the start of the Game, subject to availability; provided, however, that the winner and the winner’s guest must sign a waiver and release of liability provided by the Rangers.

Total ARV of all five (5) available prizes combined: $5,000.00. Sponsor and/or the Rangers reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any element of the prize award or merchandise, with an alternate prize award or merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value. Prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor via email or digital/mobile delivery (e.g., via the MLB Ballpark app), or via physical tickets via shipment delivery. Prize shall be emailed, delivered, or shipped only to the designated winner email, mobile number or residential address as submitted during initial online registration and/or as provided during winner notification, via the method as designated by Sponsor. In the event of shipment delivery, carrier will be as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any required software application for access to mobile or digital ticket delivery.

Once emailed, delivered/transferred via mobile delivery or shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address or information provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, neither Sponsor nor the Rangers shall have any responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor or the Rangers with any alternate prize award or compensation. Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor or the Rangers for any delivery issues.

No costs or expenses are included with prize award, including, without limitation, any associated travel or transportation (including without limitation air transportation, ground transportation, or mileage reimbursement), lodging/accommodations, parking costs, meals, gratuities or incidental expenses, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see texasrangers.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the Game and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact Game date shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Rangers. Each winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the Rangers and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and their guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize; see texasrangers.com/ballpark for details. Sponsor, the Rangers, and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Game. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the Game ticket. Participation in the prize event is subject to winner’s (and guest’s) consent to and compliance with all health and safety policies of the MLB Entities.

No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor, the Rangers, or any other MLB Entity in the event of any Game postponement, rescheduling or cancellation for any reason.

Each winner and guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior while in attendance at the Game, must follow the instructions of Sponsor and the Rangers, ballpark and venue rules and regulations of the Rangers, and directions from any associated Rangers staff or security. If winner or any guest violates the ballpark and/or venue rules and regulations of the Rangers, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any rule, regulation or policy of the venue or Game, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected from the venue and Game, and shall immediately forfeit the prize award.

Once transmitted digitally, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect email address provided by winner during registration or prize claim. In the event of any transmission issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, neither Sponsor nor the Rangers shall have any responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor or the Rangers with any alternate prize award or compensation.

NOTE: No alcoholic beverage is part of any prize award. Prize does not include any other costs or expenses associated with prize redemption, delivery or use. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor. All prize awards are non-transferable and non-assignable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Additional Rules & Restrictions: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the Rangers, the other MLB Entities, the other Sweepstakes Entities, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Meta, Apple, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, any Sweepstakes prize provider or commercial sponsor, and any other company associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor, the Rangers, and/or MLB by telephone, email, and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Sponsor, the Rangers, MLB, and each of their respective designees the right to publicize their name, city and state of residence, prize information, photograph, voice, statements, and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional, trade, and any other purpose, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold all Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents, owners, officers, directors, employees or representatives harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses, arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, and to assume all liability therefor.

The decisions of Sponsor and Administrator are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due, or garbled entries, transmissions, email, or mail; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections; availability, accessibility, miscommunications, or failures of computer, satellite, telephone, cable, or wireless transmissions or lines; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines, telephone systems, wireless towers, or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; printing, typographical, or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements, or other materials; cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition; or any other errors, problems, or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or other, relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of entries, announcement of any winner, or any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users (e.g., hacking) or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Sweepstakes website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website; attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices; intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or any representative of Sponsor, the Rangers, and/or MLB; or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor, the Rangers, and MLB reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) in the event Sponsor is prevented from executing the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to: fire; flood; earthquake; explosion; public health epidemic or crisis; labor dispute or strike; act of God or public enemy; network or equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; terrorist threat or activity; war (declared or undeclared); court order; or federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation. Sponsor, the Rangers, and MLB also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes or events corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winner and award the prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR, THE RANGERS, MLB, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New York; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, and in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THE SPONSOR IS PROVIDING THE SWEEPSTAKES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE SPONSOR DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE TECHNOLOGY USED TO PROVIDE IT: (I) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE; (II) WILL BE FREE OF DEFECTS, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS; OR (III) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR ENABLE YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN IT. THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE RULES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Odds: Odds of being selected as a winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received as of the date and time of each prize drawing.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the Rangers, Facebook, Inc., Instagram, Meta, or the MLB Entities. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
