NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (“U.S.”) AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”), AND IS OPEN ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSONS (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW).  VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR.  DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND FALL WITHIN THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH BELOW. 

 

Promotion Name:  Zig-Zag Outside Lands Instant Win Promotion (the “Promotion”).

 

Promotion Dates: Registration begins at 12:00:01am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/25/2026 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 7/19/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).  The Promotion consists of a digital Instant Win game and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes (see below).  The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void outside of the (50) U.S. and D.C., and wherever restricted or prohibited by law.

 

Who may Enter:  Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID, except the following persons who are not eligible to enter, participate or win:

(a)   Employees, officers, and directors of OSL Guide, LLC, San Francisco Festivals, LLC, OSL Partnerships, LLC, Another Planet Entertainment, Superfly, and each of their respective owners, parents, partners, subsidiaries and affiliates, whether direct or indirect, and all members, partners, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns of any of the foregoing (collectively “Festival Entities”), Turning Point Brands (the “Sponsor”), Zig-Zag Rolling Papers, Million Dollar Media (the “Sweepstakes Administrator”), and the members of the immediate families or households, whether or not related, of any of the above. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this Sweepstakes, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grandchildren (including step grandchildren) and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

 

How to Enter:

The Sweepstakes drawing has two (2) ways to enter.  The Instant Win game may only be played via the online registration website after submitting an online website entry.

 

Sweepstakes Entry – Two Ways to Enter:

 

1.)    Online Registration: To enter online via the registration website, scan the QR code on applicable point-of-sale (“POS”) material using your mobile device’s camera, or directly visit www.ZigZagOffers.com during the “Registration Period” and select the Outside Lands promotion link.  Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), address of residence, and date of birth.  After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry.  All online entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 7/19/2026 to be eligible.

 

2.)    Social Media Comment:  To enter via Instagram comment, follow @zigzagworld and @zizagwraps to find an applicable post from either Sponsor account during the Registration period, and comment #ZigZagOutsideLands and #Sweepstakes.  You must post your comment from your own Instagram account and tag at least one person that you know, who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older.  NOTE:  To enter the Sweepstakes in this method, you must be an active holder of an Instagram account.  If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The Instagram application is free, and Instagram’s Terms of Use apply. For details, visit http://instagram.com/legal/terms/.  Meta and Instagram are not a Sponsor or in any way affiliated with this Sweepstakes.  Posted comment will appear on Instagram under the associated hashtags.  If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates will apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier.

 

All Entries in the Sweepstakes become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Each Entrant agrees that their submitted Instagram Entry may be viewed by the public.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Entry at any time that is not in compliance with these Official Rules.  All Entries and comment/content submissions must conform to the submission requirements as outlined above and below, or it may be disqualified and not considered for the Sweepstakes. 

 

Any other individuals included in the social media submission, must be 21 or older and must provide entrant with express consent and permission for their videos to be included and submitted in the Sweepstakes, and such entrant is solely responsible for obtaining all authorizations or approvals.  The individual who submitted the content shall be designated as the official entrant participating in the Sweepstakes, regardless of any other individuals included in the comment, and shall be the only individual eligible for any resulting prize award (see below).  Any entry completed and submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name, email address, Instagram account, or use of any unauthorized submissions or entries will be disqualified.

 

Additional Submission Requirements: Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any entry and/or submission for any reason that it considers to not be appropriate for the Sweepstakes.  Entry submission restrictions include, but are not limited to, the following requirements: 

·       may not include, depict or reference any individual under the age of twenty-one (21), or that appears to be under the age of twenty-one (21);

·       not be, or ever have been, previously submitted in the Sweepstakes;

·       except as relates to the Sponsor’s brand(s) or approved partners, not include trademarks, logos or copyrighted material not owned by entrant or material that is used without permission (including, but not limited to, company names, photographs, works of art or images published on any media) or that otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any third-party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, logos, contract and licensing rights, rights of publicity or privacy, moral rights (i.e., “droit moral”) or any other intellectual property rights);

·       not feature, display, refer to, or mention any companies or brands in competition with Sponsor;

·       not include any unauthorized photos, images, comments or plagiarism of any kind;

·       not depict or promote excessive or underage drinking, drugs, tobacco or firearms;

·       not contain or reference nudity, inappropriate, indecent, sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content or images (which shall be determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion);

·       not contain any political or politically themed or motivated messages, comments, statements or images;

·       not defame, slander, libel, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks or any other content that could adversely affect the name, reputation or goodwill of the Released Parties or any other individuals and/or entities affiliated or associated with Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any prizes, the determination of which shall remain in the sole discretion of Sponsor;

·       not depict or include any comments, descriptions or images that may be considered unlawful, harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, religiously, ethnically or otherwise objectionable in any manner as solely determined by Sponsor;

·       not be subject to any third-party agreement or require payment or incurrence of any sums to obtain further permissions of any person or entity as a result of its use or exploitation of the comment(s), photo, idea or rights therein or portions, or modified versions or derivative works thereof;

·       not include any name, likeness, description, photograph or any other identifying element, in whole or in part, of any person, living or dead, without permission;

·       not depict or describe the mistreatment or abuse of animals; and,

·       not depict or describe misuse or irresponsible use of Sponsor’s products or any other similar product;

·       not depict over consumption or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.

 

 

Instant Win Game Play – One Way to Enter:

 

To play the digital Instant Win game,  follow the same instructions above to complete an Online Registration Sweepstakes entry by scanning the QR Code on the applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit www.ZigZagOffers.com during the “Promotion Period” and follow the on-screen entry instructions to participate in the Instant Win game and be entered into the Sweepstakes drawing.  Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), address of residence, and date of birth.  After having read and agreed to these Official Rules, click the submit button to submit your online entry.  All online entries must be fully complete for all required information and must be received by 11:59pm ET on 7/19/2026 to be eligible.

 

All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59p ET on 7/19/2026 to be eligible.  Maximum of one Sweepstakes entry per person, per entry method (for a maximum total of two (2) Sweepstakes entries per person).  Maximum of one instant win game play per entrant per day.  Each participant must submit an entry on his/her own behalf.  Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s name, email address, Instagram account, photo or video, or providing any false information, will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different emails, identities, or any other methods void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. No mechanically produced or automated entries permitted.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.  False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible.

 

Any available opt-in opportunities are not required to enter the Promotion, and opting-in will not improve your chances of winning.  By participating and submitting an entry, entrant agrees that sponsor and participating parties are authorized to contact entrant via email, text, mail, phone or any other form of media to make entrant aware of information pertinent to the Promotion, and to distribute information regarding the Sponsor(s) featured products, special events or future contests, promotions or offers.  Entrants may opt-out of any further email communication at any time by simply replying REMOVE to any email message, or following the provided opt-out instructions.

 

Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.  Any entry submitted with an invalid email address or other inaccurate, incomplete, false or incorrect information will be disqualified.  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, damaged entries, or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules, or for any entry not submitted or received due to any technical error or failure, unauthorized human intervention, inaccurate capture or mis-entry of any required information, or the failure to capture any such information for any reason including programming or technical errors, or effects of hackers or failure of any electronic equipment, computer or cellular transmissions and/or network connections; all of which will be disqualified.

 

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, registration or submission, the authorized account holder of the email address or Instagram account used to register, and associated with the entry will be deemed to be the registrant and s/he must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized email account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  The “authorized account holder” is the Instagram account holder of the account name used to submit the entry.  Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required.

 

By registering to enter the Promotion, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Promotion Rules. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  All entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the official rules of the Promotion.

 

Instant Win Game – How to Play:  After completing the online registration page (first time visitors) or logging in with your registered email address (for return visitors), visit the game play page on the Promotion website.  Follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game. 

 

After playing the on-screen instant win game, the website will determine if the participant is a potential instant win prize winner, and the participant shall receive an online message verifying if they are a potential winner.  If they are not determined as an instant win prize winner, they will receive a non-winning message.  If the participant is determined as a potential instant win prize winner, they will receive a winner confirmation message, AND an associated unique prize claim code on their results page.  If the participant does not receive the winner confirmation message and a valid unique prize claim code for any reason, or receives the non-winning results message (which may include a discount code for Zig-Zag merchandise purchases), then that participant will not be a prize winner for that game play attempt.

 

Eligible participants may return to the Promotion Website to play the online Instant Win game up to one (1) time per day each day during the Promotion Period.  Each ‘day’ shall be defined as occurring between 12:00:00 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET, and the Administrator’s time clock shall be the sole determinant of the eligible time period. For a chance to be eligible to win an available instant win prize (see below), game play attempts must occur before 11:59:59pm ET on 7/19/2026.

 

Instant Win prize winners will be randomly determined throughout the Promotion Period.  A maximum total of two hundred fifty (250) Instant Win prize winners will be randomly determined during the entire Promotion Period, based upon randomly selected and predetermined winning dates and times.  The first eligible participant who participates at or following a scheduled winning date and time, shall receive a winning prize message and unique prize claim code, and shall be eligible to claim the prize award for that attempt (see below). 

 

Maximum of one (1) Instant Win prize award per person, email address or household during the Promotion Period.  After receiving a winning Instant Win prize message or being determined as an eligible Instant Win prize winner, participants may not be re-awarded another Instant Win prize during the Promotion Period to the same individual, email or household.  Instant Win prize award winners are eligible to win a grand prize.

 

Claiming an instant win prize award:  Eligible participants receiving an online instant winner confirmation message must print or record their unique prize claim code and must follow the online instructions provided.  Potential Instant Win prize winners will be selected at random. If you are a potential Instant Win prize winner, you will receive an on-screen message stating that you have won an Instant Win prize along with a unique prize claim code. (If you have not received the on-screen confirmation message, along with a unique prize claim code, then you are not an instant winner.) You will then be sent a prize claim form via email with instructions on how to claim your prize. Allow 2 – 4 weeks for processing and delivery of prize claim form. Please note that you are not officially a winner until your eligibility has been verified and you have fully complied with these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Instant Win prize per person or household.

 

Potential Instant Win prize winners will be required to sign and return, where legal, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within three (3) days of notification that he/she is a potential winner. If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential instant win prize winner via email for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided by entrant, junk/spam folder delivery, blocked delivery or failure by any potential winner to check their email) and/or speak directly with a potential instant win prize winner within three (3) days of the initial notification attempt to email address or phone number associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified. Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process. No potential winner will be an official winner until any required paperwork has been returned and eligibility has been formally verified by Sponsor. If any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated time period, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the associated prize will not be awarded. Limit one (1) Instant Win prize per person or household.

Actual Instant Win prize items’ make, model, size and style are solely determined and designated by Sponsor and are subject to availability.  Total ARV of all available instant win prize awards: $4,247.50.  

 

Instant Win Prize Awards:  The maximum number of instant win prize awards available during the entire Promotion Period are as listed above.  No more than the advertised number of instant win prizes will be awarded for any reason.  Each instant win prize winner will receive online instructions for prize redemption, and/or may be contacted by the Promotion Administrator to confirm or coordinate prize delivery.  Maximum of one Instant Win prize award per person, email address or household.   In the event any scheduled instant win prize is unavailable at time of prize award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 

 

Instant win prize winners must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and are responsible for any application or software required to participate in the virtual experience.  Prize shall be shipped only to the designated winner residential address as submitted during initial online registration and/or as provided during winner notification, via the carrier as determined and designated by Sponsor (i.e. UPS, USPS or other Sponsor designated carrier), or as otherwise specified by Sponsor.  Allow 8 – 12 weeks for prize delivery.

 

If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach a potential instant win prize winner via email for any reason (including but not limited to incorrect email addresses provided by entrant, junk/spam folder delivery, blocked delivery or failure by any potential winner to check their email) and/or speak directly with a potential instant win prize winner within 48-hours of the initial notification attempt to email address or phone number associated with that contestant’s entry, then that contestant may be disqualified.  Note: phone messages will not be left during the winner notification process.

 

Once shipped, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address provided by winner during registration or prize claim.  In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation.  Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

 

IMPORTANT:  In the event of any technical or programming errors, tampering, or any error or malfunction of any kind that results in more than the scheduled number of participants being notified they are an instant prize winner – then all such claimants shall be placed into a random drawing, and the actual scheduled number of instant prize winners as listed above will be randomly selected from all participants receiving an instant win prize notification or submitting an instant winning prize claim.  The maximum number of instant win prize awards are as listed above, regardless of the number of participants who claim to have received, or who have actually received an instant win online prize notification.

 

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Winner Selection and Notification (maximum 1 grand prize winner):  Sponsor shall conduct the grand prize sweepstakes drawing on or about 7/20/2026 to randomly select a maximum of one (1) potential grand prize winner from all entries received from both Sweepstakes entry methods combined.

 

NOTE: Winners of Instant Win prizes are eligible to win the grand prize award.  Maximum of one (1) grand prize award per person or household.  If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.

 

The potential grand prize winner will be notified initially by phone, email, and/or Instagram direct message following their selection.  If the Administrator is unsuccessful in its attempt to reach and speak directly with a selected potential prize winner by phone within 24-hours of the initial notification attempt to the phone number and/or email address associated with that entrant’s entry, then that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above (time permitting). 

 

During winner notification, the selected potential winner must confirm their eligibility, and indicate their willingness and ability to accept the prize.  The potential winner will then receive official notification via email delivery, including prize acceptance documents which must be completed and returned per the provided instructions and as outlined below.  If the selected potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, elects to decline the prize or fails to return the required prize acceptance documents within the required time frame, s/he will be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries and notified as per the procedures outlined above.  Any disqualified entrant will not receive any alternate prize substitution or compensation.  Decisions of the Administrator in the selection and determination of the winner and all matters relating to this Promotion are final and binding. 

 

All of the following will apply to the potential grand prize winner: 1) winner will be required to complete and return, within 48-hours of date of receipt, a prize acceptance form, including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (where permitted) and a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $2,000) in order to be eligible to claim the prize; 2) winner may be required to present a copy of a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID with valid residential address and a copy of a valid social security card as a condition of receiving the prize, and (3) winner shall be solely responding for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal taxes) that may be or become due in connection with their respective prize award, and winner shall be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize award.  If any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules and/or to submit required documentation as requested within the designated time period, he/she will be automatically disqualified and the prize will not be awarded.

 

Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 grand prize award):  The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize sweepstakes winner shall receive a three (3)-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to San Francisco, CA to attend the 2026 Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival (the “Festival”).  Dates of Festival and travel as designated by Festival Entities and Sponsor. The maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the grand prize is $5,800, and shall include:

·       Coach-class roundtrip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) from the nearest major metro airport to the winner’s home to the greater San Francisco, CA metropolitan area (SFO, OAK, or other airport as designated by Sponsor);

o   Airline and departure/arrival airports as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and subject to availability.

o   If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the greater San Francisco, CA metropolitan area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.

·       Three (3)-nights in a standard hotel double-occupancy hotel room in the greater San Francisco, CA metropolitan area;

o   Hotel location, room type, and dates of stay as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability;

·       Two (2) VIP three (3)-day passes to the 2026 Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older).

 

NOTE:  No tobacco, hemp, or hemp-derived product is part of any prize award.  Travel is scheduled for August 7 – 10, 2026, and Festival is scheduled for August 7-9, 2026.

 

The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to prize award.  All ground transportation including airport and hotel transfers, parking, meals, gratuities, checked baggage fees, airline seat assignment fees, hotel resort fees, incidental expenses, applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state and federal taxes) and any other expenses not specified herein as being included in the prize award descriptions above are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or stolen luggage.  It is recommended that each winner and travel companion obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure.  The winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsor from any duty to provide, check, or verify any and all necessary ID’s, passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates, and any other travel requirements (“Personal Documents”).  Sponsor shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to each winner and travel companion.

 

Sponsor is not responsible for any travel delays, flight delays or cancellations or travel difficulty related to prize award, redemption or use.  If travel delays or difficulty prevent arrival in time for any and all elements of trip or prize award, Sponsor is not responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof.  The winner and his/her guest must travel together on the same itinerary.  Any changes to completed travel arrangements, once booked, are the sole responsibility of the winner, and are solely at the winner’s expense.  Actual value of the trip will depend on point of departure, destination, and any airfare fluctuations.  If actual value of prize is lower than the stated ARV of the prize award when it is procured and fulfilled, then the difference will not be awarded to the winner.  The winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor as the prize originates and terminates at such departure point unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor in writing. 

 

The winner and their guest shall be subject to any qualifying conditions prior to and during festival attendance, travel, including any local, state or federal government regulations in the departure or destination location, airline and/or hotel requirements, or event requirements including any regulation or policy related to COVID-19 testing requirements or vaccination status.  Any testing requirements, vaccination and/or any related quarantine requirements and expenses are the sole responsibility of, and at the sole expense of winner and guest.  Winner and guest are subject to vaccination requirement and policy, and if unable or unwilling to comply with requirements, then all related prize award elements for which they fail to meet shall be forfeit.

 

Prize winner must accept delivery of prize in the method as solely determined and designated by Sponsor via email or digital/mobile delivery, or via physical tickets delivery in person or via will call box office.  Prize shall be emailed or transferred via mobile delivery only to the email address or mobile number as submitted during initial online registration and/or as provided during winner notification, or delivered or available for will call pick up only to the designated winner in person, via the method as designated by Sponsor.  

 

Once emailed, transferred, delivered or made available via will call box office, prize shall be considered as awarded and delivered, and Sponsor shall not be responsible for actual receipt of delivery by winner.  Winner is solely responsible for any required software application for access to mobile ticket delivery.  Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, late, undelivered, misdirected, damaged or stolen delivery; or any incorrect delivery address or information provided by winner during registration or prize claim.  In the event of any delivery issues, including undelivered, misdirected, lost or stolen deliveries, Sponsor shall have no responsibility to replace the prize award, and prize award shall not be substituted by Sponsor with any alternate prize award or compensation.  Winner shall look solely to designated shipper/carrier for any lost, damaged, stolen or mis-delivered packages and not to Sponsor for any delivery issues.

 

The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as a prize will govern in the event of any cancellation, postponed, rescheduling or attendance restriction due to any Force Majeure Event including weather, pandemic, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason. Sponsor will not be responsible for event date delay, rescheduling, postponement or cancellation due to any Force Majeure Event or any other event that may cause the cancellation, rescheduling or postponement of the event as scheduled.  No substitute prize award or compensation shall be provided by Sponsor in the event of any event cancellation for any reason.

 

The grand prize winner and their guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior while in attendance at the event, must follow the instructions of Sponsor, policy of the venue/event and directions from any associated staff or security.  If winner or guest violates the standards of the venue/event, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible, or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any policy of the venue or event, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected from the venue and event, and shall immediately forfeit the prize award.

 

Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable Festival attendance rules, requirements and regulations in connection with the prize award, redemption and use. Sponsor or Festival Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who do not comply with any rule, requirement, instruction, policy, or who engage in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.  Winner and guest shall be solely responsible for their behavior in attendance at any Festival event, must follow the instructions and direction from any associated staff or security.  If winner or guest violates the standards of the Festival, behaves in an inappropriate, irresponsible or offensive manner, or is deemed by staff or security to have violated any rule, regulation or policy, or to be a security threat in any manner, the winner and guest shall be ejected or denied entry, and shall immediately forfeit the remaining prize award.

Festival Entities reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or venue/Festival personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue/Festival policy or law, or may bring Festival Entities into disrepute. By claiming Festival tickets, you agree to Front Gate’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Festival, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the Festival be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.  Allow 2-4 weeks for festival pass prize delivery.

 

General Prize Conditions:  All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance, delivery, redemption or use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner.  All income, federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility.  All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.  All prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty, express or implied, by Sponsor.  Failure to collect or properly claim prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, entrant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the prize will remain the property of Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.  All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.  Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.  Total ARV of all available prize awards: $10,047.50.

 

Additional Rules & Restrictions:  By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion.  In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use entrants’ names, cities and states of residence and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now or hereafter known worldwide on perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.  False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.

 

By participating, entrants agree to hold all Released Parties harmless from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel or activity related thereto), and to assume all liability therefor. 

 

Released Parties shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, pandemics, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Released Parties’ sole control. 

 

Entrants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment, mobile phone equipment, Internet access and cellular networks. Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a entrant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor’s control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for entries not received due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method.  Released Parties are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.  Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitations, errors which may occur in connection with the printing or advertising of this Promotion, administration or execution of the Promotion, the cancellation of the Promotion, the processing of entries or in the announcement of the prizes or prize winners.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion website.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule or terminate the Promotion for any reason including, but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, force majeure, government regulatory action or ruling,  fraud, misconduct, or if any technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Sponsor/Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of early termination of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to determine prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of such termination.

 

IN CASE OF DISPUTES:  By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and in no event will entrant be entitled to received attorneys' fees or other legal costs; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.

 

Odds:  Odds of winning an instant win prize award are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received divided by the total number of available instant win prize awards.  Odds of being selected as the grand prize winner are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received from all Sweepstakes entry methods combined.
